Avoid this scamming company. They trade under different names, don't answer their emails or phone calls. The product never arrives after numerous attempts to chase up the order. Avoid completely.

Obove and beyond
When I ordered pellets from this company they didn't send the goods as expected. I chased up the order and the lady I spoke to bent over backwards to fulfil the order. When it became obvious their supplier had let them down she replaced the ordered pellets with alternative pellets at no extra charge even though they were more expensive. Well done.
