Avoid this scamming company. They trade under different names, don't answer their emails or phone calls. The product never arrives after numerous attempts to chase up the order. Avoid completely.

Got there in the end

Having been a customer of FBW over many years, I have to say the products are still good, but the administrative aspects are now difficult to handle. Problems seem to arise from advertising products that are out of stock, the order and payment is then taken with no notification of shortage. The order then stalls with no messages to provide reassuring updates, any attempt to phone does not raise a response. Eventually I made contact via the 'Contact Us' form and from then on, the service was excellent. Such a shame as up until Autumn 2020, FBW was a pleasure to deal with, since then my online account has been deleted and communications have become tiresome.
