The delivery guys took great care not to damage my walls and floors and doors and were pleasant and helpful.unfortunately the care package for the leather chairs had not been loaded but I was assured that will arrive next week🤞🏼

Delivery went very smoothly , both men assembled the furniture and cleared all rubbish very professionally.

I purchased a very expensive glass table and six chairs. After just 3 years four faux leather chairs have worn very badly on front and side and are now an embarrassment. Fishpools said they were out of warranty and are no longer manufactured so replacement to match the table was not possible.
The company representatives were unhelpful which reflected badly on the company or is it standard policy.
The chairs were used by adults only and not by children.
This company should not be relied on to give a fair after service.

Friendly and efficient

Great service as always from fishpools. Call from delivery man 10mins before arrival. Set the furniture exactly where it was wanted.
