Proper ‘old school’ service! I ordered a frog butler, with clear advice before the point of purchase that the item was currently out of stock but with an estimated arrival date. Rob’s communication was top notch, providing regular progress updates and generally being super helpful.
I took delivery of my frog butler this morning, and I’m beyond delighted! It’s a fabulous, quality item. Perhaps not to everyone’s taste, which makes me like it even more! Thanks, Rob! 🤩

Having the need to purchase a small solid oak unit of furniture for my hi fi, whilst having to be aesthetically mirroring my other units, I chose one with the dimensions to suit from this company.
Arrival of the unit was comfortably within their stated delivery date and extremely well protected and packaged protecting the unit within.
The item was fully assembled and of solid oak wood, not oak veneer as with some manufacturers.
The finish to the wood is exemplary as is the jointing to the front, sides and rear and again the draw and shelving. A credit to quality control and to their manufacturing. A solid and pleasing item of furniture.
My purchase was for a small item of quality furniture to fit a designated space in what my wife (graciously!), allows me to call my music room and furnish according to my needs, but tastefully done. Remarkably, she also mirrors my sentiments!
Without question we will use this company in the future.

I ordered a compact set of pine drawers from here, they were beautifully made with craftsmanship and will be around for years to come, the delivery was exceptionally fast. Lovely company excellent service.

Ordered a couple of replacement Barstools Online. They were identical to ones that I had previously and were exactly as described. There was a slight issue and delay with the original delivery date but as we were in the middle of Eowyn, it was probably inevitable, and they didn't really need to reach out and apologise. The staff at Fit And Furnish kept me in the loop at all times and I really cant fault them. Excellent customer service and spot on delivery
