Fitness Superstore - Manchester Reviews

Lee at Manchester store was excellent, I cannot find any flaws in his advise and guidance.

I will be going there in future for other home gym stuff
Service and product are great

Best wishes to the store and Lee

You don’t buy a treadmill that often, and the experience is fraught with doubt and not helped by poor advice / reviews online.

The team at Fitness Superstore were awesome. Knowledgable and never pushy, they helped guide us before offering what was absolutely the best price around.

Visited the Manchester store on Sunday and spoke to James about one of the power racks that I had seen online, and while they didn't have it on display in store I felt very reassured it was the right one for my needs. He also gave me a few other hints and tips about my upcoming home gym build too. Great service, just looking forward to my order being delivered now!

I can't thank James enough at the Manchester store for helping us to get our home gym sorted. Came in with relatively low experience having gone down this route before. We knew we wanted a treadmill and a few other items, but beyond that we didn't really know how to put it together. Jamie spoke us through different options on the website, as well as explaining his recommendations. And with his help, we were able to put together a really good bundle. All within the space of 45 minutes, purchased with a five-star experience. James was really easy to talk to, so thank you so much.

I'd been looking at buying my own spin bike, for home, and saw the choice available online at Fitness Superstore. Wasn't sure which to buy, so when I saw they had a physical store to view the machines went along to the one in Trafford Park Manchester to have a look. Was greeted by James upon arrival, who led me through the options available and pricing. Definitely worth a visit. If you're considering a visit trust me there is NO HARD SELL which is always a bonus. I left very pleased with my purchase, knowing exactly what I'd bought and why and am now looking forward to the HARD WORK on the spin bike. Thank you James.

James in store was helpful and provided good advice and support. Delivery arranged to new address, and generally all round great service!

James was very helpful in narrowing down what we needed and kept in touch with us until ordering

I visited the shop to enquire about treadmills. The expertise offered by Lee was brilliant. He offered objective advise on what treadmill would be best for me. No hard sales pitch - just friendly advice. He offered help with all aspects of the order process which made the experience enjoyable and hassle free. I highly recommend (plus the shop is in a great location too!)

Great range of products to view and try with a knowledge staff member who was friendly and not pushy. Great buying experience 👍

Purchased an elliptical cross trainer after dealing with James at the Snow Centre branch. Received lots of pre purchase advice, really helpful , friendly and extremely knowledgeable which was much needed as we really didn’t know where to start. Do call in and try the machines if you are considering some home equipment- no hard sell, just a friendly helpful team. Thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure interacting with Tom. He helped me a lot making the right choice for the equipment and he was fully professional throughout.

We popped into the store today just to have a look at the treadmills and see what was available, with no real intention of buying one. We were greeted by Lee, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain the different options without any pressure and helped us find the treadmill that was the best fit for what we needed.

Thanks to Lee’s advice and experience, what started as a quick browse turned into us buying a treadmill on the day. We’re really happy with our purchase and the whole experience. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and a real credit to the company. Thanks again, Lee!

James has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial discussions right through to the final purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Popped into the Manchester store with a treadmill in mind and after a good discussion with James, he was able to guide me to a treadmill that better suited my needs. A really friendly experience, with regular email communication about my order. I would be happy to recommend James and the Manchester store to anyone interested in buying any fitness gear. Thanks for all your help James!

Lee was really helpful during our visit to Fitness Superstore. He took the time to answer our questions and gave us plenty of space to look at the treadmills without any pressure to make a purchase.
It was refreshing to browse and compare options at our own pace while knowing help was available if we needed it.

Friendly, knowledgeable service and a comfortable shopping experience. We'd definitely recommend visiting and speaking with Lee if you're looking for fitness equipment.

The delivery team were brilliant as well. They were friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making the whole delivery process smooth and stress-free. They took care when bringing the treadmill into the house and were happy to help with positioning it where I wanted it.

Really helpful and professional service from first contact to completion James was super.
Thanks again

Great advice. Helpful staff (Lee). Great experience. Would definitely recommend.

James was very good at explaining the equipment without coming across as a salesman. We even got an unexpected discount. Highly recommend and don't hesitate to talk to James. He is there to help.

Fantastic service and really knowledgeable advice provided by James Bebbington.
