We popped into the store today just to have a look at the treadmills and see what was available, with no real intention of buying one. We were greeted by Lee, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain the different options without any pressure and helped us find the treadmill that was the best fit for what we needed.

Good experience
I found Lee to be knowledgeable and he understood my requirements of a treadmill so ordered it within a few minutes.
Delivery, and removal of the old one, was smooth and prompt.
Having tried and failed to find out how to change the display from metric to imperial I asked Lee who must have scoured the handbook to find it and came back quickly with the solution.
