No pushy sales but forthcoming with technical advice when asked

Our experience with the fitness superstore was brilliant, from start to finish it was a great service. Dan mosey who helped us choose the right treadmill for us was very professional and couldnt be more helpful. 10/10 to dan and the company.

Went into Newcastle store to purchase new Cross Trainer. Was very pleased with the service & explanations offered to me by Daniel. All very well managed.

Good products, fast delivery

We bought a rowing machine from in-store and the sales assistant was very helpful. However after a few months the console unit stopped working. After contacting the online support and sending all the required details, still waiting to hear back. The aftercare service is very slow - you can’t speak to anyone and have to fill in an online form- this allows them to drag on the process unnecessarily. It seems like they are reluctant to resolve issues. It would be so much easier to actually speak with someone like other companies do.

We were interested in the exercise bikes, the salesman Dan Mosey was knowledgeable and professional and he helped us to make a decision about which bike would best suit our needs. Dan was polite and there was no pressure or hard sell. We were happy to make the purchase. Free and quick delivery included. We will be happy to recommend this fitness superstore

Daniel was a fantastic help, we came into the store unsure of what spec we really needed. He took the time to understand our running habits, time spent on the machine, end goals etc. Walked away with a fantastic purchase that we are extremely happy with!

Called in to seek advice about fitness equipment. Store is excellent in design. Plenty of room and lit very well. Layout superb for be able to walk around and browse the different machines. Excellent descriptions and price of machines.
Went over to central hub area and met Dan. Had a comfortable seat and we chatted away. He is well versed in the fitness industry and listened as I stated what I wanted to achieve. He then advised me on the suitability of the various types of machine for me.
I am OAP and he tactfully advised me. I following his advice selected a rowing machine. He mentioned that there was a popular model and we examined it. I had some years ago used one in a gym.
We discussed delivery and assembly; I opted to pay for the machine to be assembled. I also ordered a mat. He explained that there would be two man delivery team.
No problem over the date of delivery as it was decided the following Tuesday. He explained the delivery procedure.
The experience was superb and without any form of pressure. Dan knows the machines and is an excellent communicator and is tactful and a good listener.
He thanked me for my custom and gave me his business card and mentioned that any problems or questions to contact him. That included after delivery.
Today Tuesday 16 the and within the time slot the delivery arrived. An e-mail and a text arrived last night to advise me. A telephone call with a half hour warning of delivery.
Callum and his colleague arrived and cleared space in the garage to take the rowing machine. I followed their advice about positioning it. They mentioned the mat was a very wise buy.
Both of them carefully carried the boxed machine out of delivery van. I left them to it and next was a knock on the door to . Out I came and all the packaging etc. had been cleared away and the rowing machine was up and running.
They were absolutely most professional and a credit to their company. I gave them the code I had been e-mailed and told only to divulge if I was satisfied.
This whole process was trouble free both at the store and during delivery.
There was no 'sales pitch' but careful attention to what I said and professional advice to help me make my decision.
Delivery was a most organised and efficient experience by two superb operatives.

Dan in store was great. Very knowledgeable and helped with price points and differences between different levels of equipment. Will be coming back.

Ordered gym mat . Arrived next day . Good quality at a good price . Would recommend.

We bought our Horizon 7.4 Treadmill at the Gateshead shop. Tom Holding was very good and helpful.
Because we are using the treadmill upstairs, we had to get it dropped off into the garage first then arranged our own help to lift it up the stairs.
We opened it up and took out all the parts which just left the bottom base which is roughly 110k.
It took two people at the bottom and one at the top using straps. Strong people are required. One stair at a time.
We also booked assembly, they actually came the next day after I phoned to put it together which was great. They kept us up to date when they were coming.
Although early days we love the treadmill.
I would definitely recommend Fitness Superstore.
Our purchase from start to finish was professional and smooth.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy something else.

Called in over the bank holiday weekend for some gym flooring for a home gym - got some excellent advice and great to be able to see all the products in store rather than shopping "blind" online. Dave Kelly helped us with the flooring options which we ordered via a payment link once we'd been home to measure up.

Also got a quote drawn up for some gym kit which looks great and compares well to other options we've looked at. Again some good advice from someone who knows their stuff. Very friendly and helpful service from David, we'll be back in to try out some gym kit soon!
