Excellent Service and Great Quality Equipment
I recently purchased fitness equipment from Fitness Superstore and was very impressed with the whole experience. I arrived at the depot late in the day after travelling from work, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome despite the late hour. Can't rate the service Fitness Superstore gave us highly enough. We were looking to buy flooring for our gym and Leon Hogan mapped out our floor area to confirm the number of tiles we would need and interconnecting clips. The floor went down so easily and looks great. Leon was spot on with the quantity of floor tiles and clips too. Whilst we were at the store Leon noticed us taking interest in the NÜOBELL-2-32Kg Dumbbells and Body Power TITAN Power Rack and gave us a quote for these products. We have already been back and bought the 2-32Kg Dumbbells and expect to go back for the Body Power TITAN Power Rack very soon. A mention too for the great service we received at the collection point. The guy was so quick and helpful.

Leon was very helpful and informative. I’d spoken to him on the phone earlier, he was polite and advised the model I was interested in was on display and I’d be able to try it out. Both my wife and I tried it and we both felt comfortable using it.Leon explained how to set it up and how to fold it away. When we ordered it we were advised delivery would be tomorrow.

Great showroom
Jordan Chester was very helpful at the Northampton showroom. Although we pretty much knew the exercise bike we wanted, he explained some options. The range of equipment in the showroom was amazing!
There was a mixup over collection of our old bike but this was handled well by the staff & overall I'm very happy with the service provided.

After seven years visited and had great experience again.
After seven years, I revisited the Northampton branch and had another great experience. Jordan, helpful staff member, provided excellent knowledge without any pushy sales tactics.
We tried the indoor bike and Jordan explained everything clearly, even offering a discount. The place is great with a wide variety of machines to try and feel out. The staff is friendly too.

Another great experience with Fitness Superstore in Northampton.
I’ve been a customer for many years and have never had a bad experience. I visited this morning to look at some additional cardio equipment for my home gym and was welcomed by Richard, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy.
He answered all my questions, and after leaving to consider my options, I contacted him later in the day to place my order. He was very quick to reply and made the whole process easy from start to finish.
Highly recommended.
