Great service!
I went in initially and spoke to about Jack looking for some equipment for my home gym, he was so helpful and gave us lots of brilliant information. When we returned again Justin helped us sort out suitable flooring and matting for the home gym. With all this advice we decided to follow through and purchase from fitness superstore. Justin priced up the best options for us very quickly and we sorted everything that day. Great service all round from the Sheffield store.

Customer service on point. Had a nice conversation and very knowledgeable staff. We asked what was able to be taken away on the day and what was for the order delivery process. Was also told all machines were able to be tested before purchasing. Amazing shopping day.

I called before I went to make sure the treadmill I would like to see was available and spoke to Jack who was very helpful. When we got there Jack greeted us and was a great help in showing and explaining the treadmill I had picked. Before I went I was a bit nervous as I do not know much about treadmills and fitness and dident want to be confused by someone giving me a lot of technical information but Jack kept the information very easy to understand and I dident feel uncomfortable asking questions, we had a good chat as he sorted the order and we felt at ease the whole time.
