Shoes didn't fit ...that can happen. Took several emails to get information about returning (what information to include etc). Then when goods returned (Royal mail tracked - Delivery confirmed) but only contact has been to ask for a review - here it is!
Despite multiple emails and attempted calls total silence. Now having to go through credit card company to try to get refund. Totally unacceptable performance. I recommend against using this supplier.

Still waiting for the package to arrive

Sent an item that did not fit though it was supposed to be for my original item, tried to return but they ignored all my emails. Terrible company, AVOID.

Item was unsuitable and I have had to return it. Returned on 14th June 2024. Still awaiting acknowledgement of receipt and refund.

Been waiting for a refund for weeks now, they don’t reply to queries or respond to emails. Sent proof of tracking saw my return was signed for but still no refund. Save your money and use a different company.

Product never arrived. Emailed them to ask where it was and got a reply the next day that said they would refund me. No explanation or offer to resend.

My order of theraband never made it to the post office depot. I asked for it to be resent but after 2 weeks and no dispatch email, I asked for a refund. I am waiting for the refund to turn up.
On the plus side, replies to my emails were polite and apologetic.

Got a good car full delivery and was able to track it once dispatched

Very poor incorrect goggles ordered organised to return, paid and they were received. Radio silence from then on (January) no refund and they don’t respond to emails. Have logged a claim with my bank to try to get a refund, would never use this company again

Presumably great product but I don’t know. Fitness360 haven’t sent me anything and ignore my emails and no one answers the phone. And looking at the reviews that seems to be what they frequently do. Avoid! It’s likely to be a scam.

Stock error showed the product in stock when it was not - waited over a week for a reply. Now have to wait a further 10 days for a refund.

Incorrect item was sent. They didn't reply when I asked for them to clarify that they would refund my return postage costs using a specific carrier's service.

good price. delivery good - tracking.
Although socks were slightly different to ordered still happy.
