Appalling Service!
Ordered some Merrell sandals a couple of months ago.
I was sent the wrong size and had to return them at my own cost.
Now I have been informed that after eight weeks they haven’t been received or checked in.
I’m guessing I can kiss goodbye to a refund.
Appalling customer service.
Would never use again or recommend.

Hi i would definitely be using Fitness Footwear again and will be recommending them to friends and family, i purchased a pair of salomon outpath pro gtx boots which i am very satisfied with but the speed of delivery was very good indeed .
i placed my order on a Sunday evening opting for the free delivery option and they were on my feet by the following Tuesday evening.
The price was also the best i could find on the web.
