I have ordered a clock. But immediately I asked the order cancelation, by email. No answer. After 1 day, I asked the order cancelation by the chat on the website: no answer. "The team is disconnected", as the only answer. I tried to communicate with customer service through the FaceBook Messager: No answer. I finally tried to call the customer service number (in US only!): No answer, just a phone mailbox.
Obviously a fake shop!!!
