Guys...What's going wrong. ?

I've been using Fittlrworth for approx 10yrs or more for regular supplies of Catheters.
I left a review 3yrs ago complementing them on the quality service they provide, but unfortunately that service appears to have gone out of the window for the past Yr or so. I can't figure out where the issues arise from, wether it's Fittleworth, my own medical practice or whichever distribution centre they use. My last repeat prescription was totally cocked up and if it wasn't for one of Fittleworths sales personnel I wouldn't have recieved my order at all I dont think. So a big "Thank you" to Chris for going that extra mile to get me my order just in the nick of time. Communication seems to be a common factor in your problems Guys.

The team are extremely helpful and…

The team are extremely helpful and understanding, but the two weeks or more that it takes to get an order delivered is not helpful. I'm having to change myself daily and sometimes more often than that, so it's not always possible to predict my usage. Having a faster service would give me reassurances that I'm not going to run out of products. On more than one occasion I had to purchase through ebay or Amazon to ensure I had the necessary products to keep functioning as normal as possible.

Terrible Service

I have been a customer since 2008. The level of service has deteriorated badly. It causes problems by making simple mistakes about prescriptions and deliveries, and I waste time having to sort it out. Fittleworth also has no concern with safe delivery to the customer. It uses dpd and parcels are left in the open outside the front door. It often makes avoidable mistakes, such as not delivering the correct number of items or delivering them on different dates without informing me. Dpd emailed me yesterday about a delivery which I did not request and knew nothing about, and Fittleworth couldn't explain it to me. Time wasting and very disappointing.

DPD good, Fittleworth not so good.

The DPD delivery and parcel tracking is great. Fittleworth are prompt to let you know when they’ve had your order in but not if the prescription hasn’t arrived with them. It’s something you have to chase it seems. They also don’t always inform you if some of your order is not in stock or arriving at a later date. This has only been the case lately and things seem to have been better over a year ago. It’s gone a bit downhill in the last year which has been disappointing

Absolutely diabolical customer service…

Absolutely diabolical customer service from the
‘gentleman ‘ spoken to today. Gave me wrong information and wouldnt budge when informed he was wrong and I had already been down that route. Took 55 minutes phoning digfrrrnt practiced who eventually helped with corrrct info. Lad you need training and if , as was obvious, you don’t like your job go elsewhere eehrrr your attitude doesn’t matter.
