We selected Fivebars for our Mobile phone contract when we were setting out to launch Aktiv Law Ltd as a new company. As a consultancy services & advice provider to our clients it was vital that we choose the correct network and hardware for our operation from day one. With the help and guidance from our Fivebars representative (MAX) we were able to make a informed decision that not only suited our budgetary needs but one that would actually be robust and practical enough for our teams use on a day to day basis. Myself and my colleagues are now mid way through year two of trading and have had nothing but great good old fashioned personal/friendly and professional support from MAX and the Fivebars team during our journey thus far. We are looking forward to discussing our options for the new contract term and will defiantly be talking to Fivebars again and ONLY Fivebars.

There has been no fuss, no waiting in a queuing system, and no transferring to a different department then getting cut off. This is how all companies should be.

We have been with Five Bars for 3 years in that time we have had some communication issues on plan renewal but when we upgraded this time they were excellent. We had a small issue of Sim Card size mismatch but this was dealt with very quickly when we called in to see them. Our phones were then personally set up to data transfer between old and new while we went for a Coffee. They were very helpful and did their very best for us as customers.

Sorted me out with a replacement phone and upgraded my contract so I ended up paying less. Very efficient. Thank you Sid and Millie.
