Always forgetting things - I’ve just ordered one burger and a milkshake and they didn’t send the milkshake, how hard is it to send a burger and a drink out but there not even capable of that, this happens all the time with this store - better of going to seven bone just round the corner

I’m not one to write reviews normally but this cannot be a coincidence. About two months ago I got a five guys and ended up with food poisoning. Last night, my husband got one, first one since I had my FP and now he has got it! I don’t know if things have changed but we will never eat here again.

They do not even deserve the one star. We ordered kn just eat. They didnt deliver the food. Took them two and a half hours to say it would possibly arrive. The worst customer service.

Ordered our food and it took nearly two hours from the time of ordering to get our food.

Delivery person was absolutely useless and kept faffing about before even getting out the car. Food was stone cold because it had spent so long in his car because he "had" another Delivery first.

We ordered a delivery yesterday at 3.32pm on Uber Eats order number 7CCE9. From the delivery order note I can see that the order was ready at 3.41 pm and was delivered to me at 3.25pm. Consequently, the food delivered was cold. The chips were stone cold and stale and the burgers were luke warm, squashed and soggy. It is not acceptable to take 45 minutes to deliver a food order and then fob me off both by Five Guys and Uber Eats.

I’m right now sitting in five guys at the forte Glasgow , my grandson wanted a mini cheese burger, fries and a drink£17 odds !!
So okay it’s expensive, but I’m sitting at a table which is so grotty !! I have photos ! We have been waiting 10 mins , still no food, am I missing something ? The place has a handful of eaters , 15 mins and the burger is here !!! Wow, it looks a basic burger , well it’s little wonder it’s quiet, what a terrible experience!. Clean your tables and reduce the ridiculous prices ! I have photos, chips burned , the owners need to be taken to task, £17:15 for a kids meal!!! What a total disgrace !

Have been to Five Guys before in Worcester and enjoyed it even tough it is expensive. Thought we would try the local one in Silverlink North Tyneside for comparison. Big mistake. Ordered a Bacon burger for me a small Cheese burger for my wife and some fries. The wife's burger was barely lukewarm so I returned it, which they promptly replaced with a better one and an apology, fair enough. Next problem was the fries. They had so much salt on them they were inedible !, and I LIKE salt
Now we don't like to complain, and I had just returned one burger so the fries got left and the bin got £5 worth of fries. That's it, we are done with Five guys, there is no reason in this day and age to be paying over £20 for 2 burgers and fries when they cannot even cook or season them properly. Never again, I'll stick to KFC in future. To be brutally honest, I think 2 stars is me being generous.

First time weve tried Five Guys and wont be going again. I havnt selected the one we bought from as we only bought the food there to take out so would not seem fair to judge the actual location. I just felt the food was not worth the high prices. 2 small burgers, one small chips (you hardly get any) and a shake, almost £30. Too expensive for what it is.

This place has had a possible recent change of staff and is going downhill fast. Feeble portion of a Frie topper and Burgers untidely put together in a hurry. Upon raising concerns with Jasper in Management, their only answer was to imply that I was a liar. I have been a regular since its opening, but I won't be returning and recommend others don't either.

Literally baffled by the popularity of Five Guys. The fries were soft, the "grilled" onions were nothing of the sort, and the burger meat tasted of nothing.

The server was charming,btw.

I had a bad experience at a store with them leaving our order for ages and being out of ingredients. I filled in the customer feedback form on the receipt and ended up speaking to someone from their customer service and the person who messaged me was very nice and helpful. Definitely improved my view of five guys after my bad experience.

yeah negative 55% reviews all because you switch to halal meat & it's making everyone puke, get the message NO HALAL PLEASE

Great food and lexi who works on the tills was so kind and helpful

I've eaten at some decent Five Guys but this time the burgers were really poor. Contents really cold, cheese completely unmelted.

Spent £108 on this occasion and when raised the issue with Customer Service they couldn't have cared less. It's fine when things go wrong, it happens! It's not fine when your so called 'Customer Service Team' refuse to acknowledge issues or offer a solution.

Will be avoiding Five Guys in future.

Horrible squashed food, that definately was not fresh! & you charge that type of money for this garbage is disgusting. This sh** hole Gave me light good poisoning!

& would warn anyone to stay away from there!.

Good quality and people need to realise yes price is higher then the usual mcdonald's and such but the quality is better it isn't frozen meat the quality is there and yes spent £99 odd today for me, 3 kids and 3other adults but you get what you pay for which is a quality burger, the shakes are bit pricey but then are a luxury, the fries were nice and none your frozen crap.
Would say only thing was as its no frills don't expect it to be spicy and span and exclusive decor it's styled on an American dinner.
What gets you is the vat when added to it.
Kids meals from £7.50
Burgers start from £8 odd for a littler version the bigger burgers.
Fries regular were pricey at £5 odd but again quality.
You do have to go collect your order but guess it's just a better quality premium burger place.

On Uber Eats I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries, with an expected delivery of 1 hour...

2+ hours later I received my order it was a cheeseburger without any bacon and no fries. I was angry and upset so I called the store and they rudely told me was nothing they could do about it. All I could get is a partial refund from Uber Eats.

Awful. 0/10. Abolute scam

I have ordered through trust pilot and didn’t receive my complete order on contact advised cannot do any thing

We’ve never been here before and what a pleasant surprise
It was way better than we expected seeing some of the comments I don’t think we were in the same place as them the staff were very attentive and the food and customer experience was great as customers were clearing away the team came and cleaned the tables immediately and nothing seemed to be a problem they were in fact very busy and still gave us excellent customer satisfaction
