Amazingly fast delivery (less than 24 hours). The product was high quality as you would expect and fit my bum perfectly. 10/10, would recommend!

Shoes ordered from Fizik - 10 days later, no confirmation of dispatch, no shoes, only a link to "track" via the Shop app. Reluctantly downloaded Shop and no tracking available, only a receipt for the good (or the ability to mark the goods are received).

Confirmation email of the purchase provides a noreply email address for any queries (strange as noreply normally means no reply). Fired off an email to the address provided by Fizik to enquire as to the likely dispatch time only to receive a notification that this email address could not be found or does not receive incoming mail!

WTF Fizik?!

Will give them until the weekend (which will be 14 days from order) before I go to my CC company for a refund.

If you are thinking of buying in the UK from Fizik, be aware that they dispatch from Italy, and clearly are in no rush to even do that.

Purchase anything but Fizik. I've been loyal to Fizik since I started cycling. I recently contacted them about a warranty claim for a defective saddle. They denied it. In fact, they'll deny any warranty claim for any product unless it was purchased directly from them. Why have a wholesale business if you aren't going to honor your own warranty?

Excellent products. Shame about their none existent service.

You have to wonder how the management of this company continue to allow this level of amateurism.

I ordered the wrong saddle and once I realized it I immediately tried to contact Fizik to cancel it but I soon discovered that it is nigh impossible to get in touch. Also tried IG and their UK distributor (Pannier) but they seem as incapable as Fizik HQ. It’s a shame given how great the products are but please be warned that they have zero customer service.

Slightly slow shipping but good quality product and delivered by a reliable courier so no complaints

Bought a Vento Argo 00 140mm via a retailer. Advertised at 134g mine weights 154g. For a 299€ saddle 13% deviation is absolutely unacceptable. As I read many reviews where the weigh was far off the advertised 134g I adressed Fizik for a statement.

Fizik offered a checked replacement which is very generous.

The issue with Fizik is not their shoes or any of their other products. Their products are actually excellent. The problem is that they have virtually no customer support whatsoever. It’s impossible to get a hold of customer support and they never respond to any inquiries if a customer has filled out a customer service form.

If you were interested in purchasing any of their products, my advice is to find a third-party company, but avoid purchasing any product from them directly.

Fizik have made some changes to their return forms it seems and it now no longer works. I have been trying to return a pair of shoes and the form just does not recognise my order. On top of that, I contacted customer service 5 days ago and I still have heard anything. As a result I am worried that they will refuse my return but I see no way of getting this actioned.

Would never buy again from Fizik.

I was a loyal client for 10 years. Lately I bought a pair of defective shoes, Fizik doesn't provide warranty and don't even care because it's been bought from a retailer and not from them directly.

This would never happen with Rapha, Wahoo, MAAP, Pas Normal.

Bought their TerraX5 Mountain Bike Shoes...which performed fine until I got caught in a light rain one day. After getting wet, the material inside the inner toe warped and bunched up to the point that the shoes became unwearable. I reached out to fizik, and was told to try to get warranty coverage through the website where I purchased the shoes. A quick google search brought up the same issue for others with the same fizik shoe. It's surprising to me that they even make a mountain bike shoe that can't stand a little moisture. It's unacceptable to me that they won't stand behind their defective product and make it right.

I put an order for a new saddle on late Monday evening. Received confirmation a few minutes later. Tuesday I received a shipment notification including track&trace number from Pozzoleone, northern Italy. Wednesday afternoon my new saddle was delivered to me in North Denmark.
It can't be any better: Shipment, delivery, packaging, all notifications and of course their product, top end professional equipment.

Good quality products for cyclists and above all a great customer service. My go-to brand for durable cycling accessories.

Bar tape fell apart in months - Total George Ratner. How can they sell such patent junk? AND they sponsor - Indeed their media figure head - Valverde, the unrepentant drug cheat. Total disrespect to the sport

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes through UK website, paid in GBP, then once shipment was made it stated it came from Italy. From a £155 pair of shoes I had to unknowingly pay £70 for import duties. None of this was clear at all. Trying to return the shoes and absolutely non existent customer service. Getting any answer at all is a good day. Still ongoing but would stay well clear of their site and buy their shoes via second hand sites.

Bought Fizik X5 Terra Off Road Shoes and after one ride the toes have collapsed in both shoes. RUBBISH!

And after informing Fizik a couple of weeks ago I still don’t have a reply. RUBBISH!

They are gooooood, a bit pricey though.

My initial experience was good with my purchase of Fizik Terra X5 cycling shoes. Very professional and on time deliver. However, the shoes developed a known problem with the toe section where the material pushed down on the toes causing blisters and bone bruises. Wiggle required that I ship the shoes form California to the UK for examination. No regard for the carbon imprint or plain absurdity of the idea. The response tells me that I can't rely on Wiggle to support known product defects with local support.

Unfortunately, Fizik does not offer warranty support for third party suppliers.

I bought the Aliante R3 open and it was a great decision. This is the most comfortable saddle having tried 4 other saddles before this one. If you are in to endurance riding like I am, this saddle is a joy to ride with. Ergonomic and angled at the rear you can sit front on sprints or rear seating for constant cadence. Really happy so thank you Fizik.
