Couldn't be happier with my experience with F Jackets! Seriously. The prices are outstanding, the options are great and their customer service is out of this world. Being that the suit shipped from overseas, I got hit with a Duties and Taxes fee. F Jackets reimbursed me that charge as soon as I contacted them. They're really going above and beyond to keep that great reputation and if I need another suit somewhere down the line, this is a company I know will come in clutch.

On ordering the jacket, I was told to expect delivery in 4-5 days. For the last 2 months I have received nothing but excuses as to why the jacket hadn’t been delivered. The excuses ranged from lack of suede, lack of stock, promises of delivery within the next week, then the next 10 days. All the while the jacket was showing as in stock on line with the timeline of 4-5 days delivery which was clearly not true. I have finally got my money back having chased the company for 3 weeks for it. They state that have a warehouse in the UK, but then the items are shipped from overseas. The website lists nothing but 5 star reviews for items which is clearly misinformation. This business needs investigating, avoid at all costs.

Our order was delivered quickly and the suit was beautiful. It didn't fit because we gave the wrong measurements. They quickly responded to our exchange request and sent the new suit as soon as possible. Communication was great and the transactions were seamless.

Great customer service. Unfortunately, my online purchase didn’t work out. The return process was a breeze. I got a prompt reply to the return request, clear instructions on what to do, and the refund was processed immediately. I will definitely shop here with confidence in the future.

Once my order was dispatched it was very quick, taking only 3 days to arrive. So if I include the time taken to dispatch the order, it was a total of about 11 working days.

My coat was a wool blend and the thickness was a little thinner than i was expecting but overall it was decent value for money.

The cut and quality of the material was in line with the price I paid and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Bought a jacket, but didn't like the style so exchanged it. All very straightforward and simple. The exchange wasnt the right fit, so to save them the hassle of sending out another jacket I returned for a refund.

Today I get an email, with pictures of the jacket saying their team has inspected it and it is damaged and can not be sold. They have deducted £50 from my refund. This is categorically dishonest and a lie. I tried it on, looked in the mirror and carefully repacked it, in exactly the same way it came out of the box.

They have blatantly scammed me out of £50! I have never been so offended and annoyed at being so blatantly scammed. Do not trust this company. If you ever want to return your jacket please be wary!

I absolutely love my new jacket! I've been wanting a colorful leather jacket for some time and finally found it. I was unsure of the size I would need because I like my jackets a little roomy. But I ordered a Large and it was too snug for my liking. FJackets worked with me and I was able to return the original jacket and they sent a replacement in an XL at no additional cost to me. The customer service was fantastic! I actually ended up ordering a second jacket from them. Now I have beautiful, quality leather jackets that fit perfectly! So happy I ordered from them.

Great service fast delivery

As a taller lady (5’11”) finding a well proportioned leather jacket was becoming increasingly difficult until I found FJackets.com. I love my jacket and the feminine tailoring, both sleeves and body are a great fit. The jacket arrived beautifully packaged too. I don’t hesitate to recommend.
