Quick delivery excellent quality no problem,s what so ever

The order was shipped quickly and true to size.
It arrived with ample information on how to care for it and keep it looking new.
The return policy also made it easy to order with confidence if something was wrong.
The company also refunded me the tariff that FEDEX charged because I'm in the US promptly.
I wouldn't consider ordering a leather jacket anywhere else going forward.
Also excellent customer service and communication.

We had an exchange/refund we needed to make with FJackets. I was worried when you see companies online that if you run into this issue, they will make it difficult. They made the process completely easy and honored all of their policies. Moreover, they were responsive and helpful. Kudos to keeping customers happy.

I bought a jacket for my husband for Christmas 2025, he was delighted with it... Unfortunately, one of the buttons broke, initially my concerns were not addressed appropriately. However, after a few emails back and forth, they came good and rectified the situation.

No company gets it right 100% of the time, however... I am confident that if there are issues, the customer experience team will work with you to enact a resolution.

I want to tell you about Fjackets, I first saw the advertisement for them on line and I was sceptical when I saw the jackets and the price but there was one I really liked so thought I would order it.
The jacket arrived and it was packaged beautifully and the jacket was amazing everything I wanted it to be and more it was really well made. Unfortunately it was a little bit tight I couldn’t have got a jumper under it. So I got in touch with the company and said I needed to return it for the next size up. The company were great it was no trouble at all. I am looking forward to the other one coming. So if you’re looking for a Leather Jacket or coat give this company a go as it’s a lot cheaper than the high street and are really beautifully made.

Product received is exactly as ordered. Shipping times were as described (ignoring weekends as per usual). It was well constructed, and it's a beautiful jacket. It fit perfectly, which was a worry of mine. No complaints. Only upsides. If I needed another jacket, I would order here again.

I brought a leather full length coat and when it arrived I was very happy and pleased with it. It fitted perfectly and arrived very quickly. The quality of the leather is great. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from this site go for it 🙂.

Absolute shambles of a service. Placed my order on 27 December 2025 and it still hasn’t arrived. Despite emailing, I have been advised every week it will be shipped by the next week, only to be told today to wait until the first week of February or Mid-February. The company itself does not know when/if the product will be shipped. Advised to find something else on the site only to still see what I ordered available in the same size!!! Happy to take your money yet not provide you with the item!

My experience is great, Fjackets is a great and perfect fit Genuine leather Material, I was scared when I made my order, but when my Jacket arrived, I was filled joy, I love it, my wife love the jacket and ask me to order her own by force, I had no option than to order her own and its arriving in a few days, keep up with the production of good quality jacket, Fjacket. Delivery is also great but takes a bit of time

The customer service team are excellent and really do make you feel valued.
The order and delivery service is fast, reliable and you are always kept informed.
Now onto the best part. The Jacket is exceptional, real quality leather and a great fit.

I have bought two jackets from FJacjets and I love them both! Great quality, exact fit, and they are fantastic!

The fit of the jacket wasn't right for me, so I returned it for a refund. I then discovered there were petite sizes, so I ordered one of them. The process was quick and easy, and the new jacket was just right. I've already gotten several compliments on it!

I ordered a jacket from the website and it came exactly as pictured, true to size and incredibly great quality. Very soft leather, so happy with my purchase. Product was delivered quickly with great tracking visibility. Would definitely buy other jackets and other colours from this company. Great for rides on my motorbike.

Final Update - I have deleted my previous review. I have been wearing the coat for a week now and it is wonderfully warm and a great fit. I can't really fault the customer service I had to rectify the initial issues. It is only fair to give credit where it is due.

I purchased a purple leather coat/jacket, size 12. It is of beautiful quality and a great fit for a size 12. It was well packaged and the colour is fabulous.

This is NOT a scam. Seems to cheap to be true. Ordered two coats and bit is true they are that good and a super bargain.

I ordered the women’s Bristol Leather Coat and it did not disappoint! Before ordering I checked the measurements both body and product and confirmed sizing in a chat as I wanted to make sure the coat fit. It does fit even in the arms… sleeves on most items are usually too long. The companies communication is great as they contacted me before dispatch to make sure they had the correct address. I can not fault the quality of the leather. I’m so happy I’m considering my next purchase!

Beautiful Jacket, fit, quality, feel and smell.
I wore it for the first time on Saturday, and got lots of compliments.
