honest, ethical, realistic and passionate firm
We were struggling to understand the situation we’d been left in and rang many other companies who wouldn’t help us or baffled us with complicated law jargon. Sharon and Paula are friendly, honest, ethical and put things plainly and simply. Most importantly through the whole process it felt like they truly cared for us and our cause and that we had people fighting for us despite us being “the little guy” in the fight. I can not recommend them enough there just aren’t enough stars!!

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. Paula and Sharon are highly professional and dealt with the recovery of overdue debt very swiftly.
I've always been reluctant to use debt recovery services, but this experience has totally changed my perception and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I cannot thank Franklin James enough. Sharon and Paula have done a fantastic job for my company. Their professionalism is second to none and get to work on my cases straight away with no fuss.
