The client is never right by them

It is better not to get involved with flaconi. Okay, for some reason you ship with (to say it lightly) messy Hermes, but, at least, do cater to the client in case there are delivery mistakes!
I have a drop off place set up in my Hermes account, and the delivery was scheduled on Saturday, which is a bit tricky day to deliver a package at the place, where I am currently living. But I was at home and awaiting for my parcel. The delivery guy never even attempted to ring the doorbell, it was instantly considered that the package was "impossible to deliver" (once again, I.was.at.home!). In this case they usually bring my parcel at the package shop not far from my place, so it is ready to be picked up the same day, but not this time. This time they suddenly decided to put it straight on retoure! I tried to contact the client support by Hermes - no answer. Then I wrote to the client support at flaconi, explained the situation and asked to send me my order again instead of refunding, in case it is indeed a retoure and they'd get it back. What an answer did I get from flaconi? Right, that they do not know for sure, why my parcel was impossible to deliver, so they are not going to send it back, they will file a refund (which I kinda doubt now, but we'll see), and if I am still interested in products, I should order them again.
So yeah, please, do not order from flaconi, it is definitely not worth your time, nerves and money, at least, I am not coming back to them for sure.

Garbage Company with thieves Service Suppliers

G_arbage Company deliver with Hermes. Hermes stole my package - I saw the delivery guy walk away with my package. Hermes and Flaconi say because I selected Door drop- off and that the Hermes Thief employee checked in the system that it was dropped-off, I am not going to receive my package, nor a refund. PayPal, another G_arbage company, also sided with Flaconi (all print-screens of calls with Thief Company were uploaded, but PayPal being sh_t like Flaconi, they stick together not to dry too fast) .
Stay away from them or any other company that works with Hermes- two G_arbage companies

false advertisement

there was a false advertisement about one of the gifts that you can add to your order, on the website 4x20ml perfume, while in reality, it was 4x1ml testers.
after writing to customer service, they simply suggest returning the order if you are not satisfied.

i have this fealing like the items are fake to be honest. Because i spray with same prodect 1 from flaconi 1 from other place and the one from flaconi did lost smell after 10 minutes and also did not smell really that good.

Bad Service

I did not receive the order. But Flaconi chose to believe Hermes and forced me to pay for the goods I did not receive. I feel like this is a joint scam by flaconi and Hermes. I've been a flaconi customer since 2015 and have recommended it to many friends during that time, buying it every month and in large amounts. This time is really shocking, this way of handling is totally unprofessional and speechless. Will not buy again, you lost a customer for many years because you chose a bad courier company to fail your customers.

Horrible customer service

Customer service absolutely useless. I didn't receive my order and after contacting customer support all I got is that the parcel is delayed in transit and if it still gets delivered, they will charge me for resurfaced delivery. Like what?! Do not order from flaconi! EVER!

meanwhile problems were never solved, the customer service makes its own claims and theories without checking or considering the actual facts; only sales counts and not customer satisfaction; the corporate culture is ice cold and ignorant, i will never order from flaconi again.

Missing Delivery - Ongoing, will be updated

Ordered for the first time from flaconi after reading positive reviews and now I am super dissapointed.

The order never got delivered and the Hermes tracking system says it was delivered on 7th Jan 2022. I was home the whole day and I checked everywhere after the delivery notification, and to my surprise it was nowhere to be found. I received the notification at 3:47 pm and went to check the parcel at 3:50 pm and in 3 minutes my package was gone, I dont think it was delivered in the first place because its too short of a time for it to get stolen or something.

I have contacted Flaconi with their contact form. Hope it will be resolved soon and I can get a refund. I am still optimistic despite seeing the negatie reviews here. This was not the start to new year that I was hoping for lol.

Missing items and missing Refund

I've been buying regularly from Flaconi since 2018 and only over the last 2 years, I encountered problem with the order or with the returns and refunds.

It seems the returned packages are checked by someone who does not correctly report the quantity or product that has been returned and received, for the appropriate refund. Secondly, recently, I ordered a small Annmarie Borlind item, which comes in a packet of 6 pieces, but I got an opened package, with only 2 pieces in it. It was a rather small item worth 12 Euros, but they required me to fill out a form and sign it, before the correct packet with 6 pieces in it was shipped. The hour spent communicating with them and wait of 2 weeks to get the replacement was bad enough!

Now, two weeks ago, returned 8 pieces of different items in a single Hermes Package, and expected all items will be refuned. But only 6 pieces were refunded and after six emails, various forms, screen shots, proof of payment against what was refunded for and the missing refund for 2 pieces has already consumed several hours of my time. I'm giving up on this outfit and will no longer buy from them nor recommend anyone go through the same painful experience of returns and fighting for refunds!

Enough said!

Good service

I have been a customer from Flaconi for a long time. I have to say, I am very satisfied with their service. Shortly before christmas this year, unfortunately one of my package is missing, either Hermes lost it or the package was stolen. I contacted both Hermes and Flaconi of the missing package. Ms Grillo from Flaconi gave me very quick and good service from email to deal with the missing package. Their efficient, patient professional service do really impressed me this time. I will continue shop skin care products from them. Highly recommended!

THE WORST SHOP EVER

THE WORST SHOP EVER. Save your nervs and do not buy anything here. Total SCAM. I ordered items they weren't sending for days, so I contacted customer support. The only answer I got was: delivery date unknown. Then I asked how to reimbourse my money, answer I got? Delivery date unknown. Then I got really angry. Answer I got? Cannot be cancelled, delivery date unknown. What a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will report to my bank as a scam and try to get my money back because this is outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst online shopping experience i have ever had

Really bad purchase experience: deliveries take ages, not because of the mail service, but because Flaconi took more than a week to submit the purchased item to them, after payment.
There is no way to check the status of the purchase if you didn't create an account on their website (they allow shopping as guest, but not status checking, the order number is pretty much useless if you don't have an account). The customer service is pretty much useless, not providing any updates on the order. If you are planing to offer something as a gift for a birthday, make the purchase weeks in advance, or just look for another platform with a better service.
Worst online shopping experience i have ever had.

Annoying

very annoying.You a re buying something for more than 50 eu but they even not able to include a sample.Discount codes are expiring in 14 days so useless for me because this indicated in small letters and is seen of course afterwards.I wouldnt shop there but they have stuff that I can't find anywhere else
