Excellent kitchen refit
Louis was an excellent worker, punctual, conscientious, with an eye for detail.
He was always polite and courteous as were the others who came in from time to time.
The work was done within the timescale as promised and my home was left very clean. I was grateful that they moved the white goods for me too.
Excellent service!

Had James come to fix some door handles today, he did a great job and was very quick and efficient, also very polite and considerate of my toddler who was a little scared of the drill noise.

Why are this mangers so bad at there jobs
Why are this mangers so panicking been in place 4 months to long.do to my hart condition they wong help me to move to a ground floor place .it's the second time had a manger come set up direct dep to pay the servers chargers out radices any way .a twice now they have mess up with the payment they thing pensioners are made of money ..they can not do the job properly .am fed up with it all now with my hart trouble as well sk upsetting .they .expect people to pay money for nothing .al looking to put up stuff in storage will be fired get rid of my cat .and live in my car thanks to flagship housing mangers .shame on them .hope they sleep at night bet they wont print it they don't print the bad things about flagship house at Woodbridge its a wast of time trying that. thanks to your mangers at woodbrige get tp pay 4 months servers chargers they messed up £160 they want . you should be ashamed flagship hpuseing

Had an issue with our French…
Had an issue with our French door/Window not opening, and John fixed it in 5 minutes. Incredibly efficient and made sure that it was working/that I was happy with the result. Great customer service :)

Instant Solution for Damp Concrete
Mark was very thorough in finding the issue that was causing dampness on the concrete. Went above and beyond helping clear the area and ensuring I knew how to take care of it moving forward. Flagship gets a 10/10 for the attentiveness and always ensuring the issues are sorted out first visit or arranging a follow up. Thank you Mark! Very polite and helpful

We had Johnny the carpenter come round to fix a plinth under a cupboard as it got wet as a result of a leak. He was very professional and polite. He did the job that needed doing and was very efficient with his job.

I had Johnny and guy at my property…
I had Johnny and guy at my property today, whilst I was at work to fit new internal doors, my neighbour let them in, and she said that they was very polite, they even locked up and brought the key to my neighbour.
I was very please with the work that they had done today. No mess, if it wasnt for my new doors I would even know that has been In my property.
And they even rinsed out their mug, very please with the work they have done today
