This is a really good and easy to use BBQ. Very similar to our old Outback BBQ. the cover fits really well. The only down side is the delivery as they use night freight and you have no idea when it will turn up, it can be any time so you have to wait in all day!!!!!!!!!!! That is not good.

Have used the barbecue twice, very pleased with it. Found it fairly easy to put together although it would have been even easier with two people. Would recommend this barbecue.

Cast iron grill and griddle, lava stone and gas fired. Excellent BBQ.
Easy to assemble, but could be easier if the holes where arranged so that it is impossible to assemble it wrongly. Stainless steel would be nicer, but obviously more costly.

Wanted to replace an older BBQ with a lava rock type 2 burner gas. Choose the Outback Trooper 2 (2014 model) at the lowest price on the Internet. As I ordered on the first Bank Hol in May, I received a further 5% off - Great!
OK, it was not delivered the next day because of the Bank Hol weekend, but dropped off 2nd day of normal working. No damage or missing parts.
Those that complain about some products sold, must remember Flaming Barbecues are a retailer, they do not manufacture! Do your research, order the right product and like me you should be happy at low prices and quick delivery.

From start to finish, the service was nothing but first class. Super fast delivery, great comms and top quality products at a fantastic price. I rate them 10/10 and must be one of the best companies I have dealt with on the internet. Many thanks! :-)

We placed our order on the Thursday morning and was surprised to find the BBQ was on special offer for that day and saved £70. The BBQ was promptly delivered free the next morning, secured safely on a pallet. It took approximately 45mins to assemble. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Could expreience when we purchased our BBQ - great price and it was delivered when we were told it was going to be.

BBQ was 1 day late arriving due to an admin error and when finally being able to open it discovered that the BBQ had a wooden slag missing from the base. I tried phoning over the weekend after delivery to resolve the problem but couldn't get through so resorted to email which got through instantly and an automated fault/replacement case was raised for the missing part with a following email stating case approval and dispatch in a lead time (which I now realise is 2-5 working days. This part arrived a week after the BBQ did, but it was the wrong part. Instead of a wooden slat they sent a whole wooden base. Once again unable to get through over the weekend I phoned first thing Monday morning when a lady assured me they would send out the correct piece as urgent and we would now have it by Wednesday. Today is now Wednesday and lo and behold no part has arrived. 15 mins of waiting on the phone I finally get through to parts and the man on the phone states no urgency is on the order it will be with us on Friday 2 weeks since the BBQ arrived. I tried to ask why there was no urgency and could be clarify it was definitely the right part which he couldn't. I then asked to speak to a manager but they left at 4pm... So I have given up disinterested customer service employees and incompetent back of house employees. I have now requested a refund but I have to wait for the BBQ to be collected which will be anytime in the next 2-5 working days...... What a joke!

I,ve unfortunately had a problem with a detached retina to my eye , so I have not used the bbq yet have no doubt that it will be more than perfect when I do

The paint is blistering on the control panel,noticed before use!
It is a shame there is no rack to place food to keep warm/hot.

We completely echo the feedback provided by James Cooper. We had to experience exactly the same - we placed the order of a BBQ by 12 noon on 16/4 expecting the NEXT DAY delivery on 17/4. The product was not delivered until Tue 22/4.

Appalling service, complaint managed very poorly. Do not use their services, they only focus on sales, not the service. All you will be getting back is 'sorry'. Unfortunately 'sorry' means nothing in the business world, it's the customer care and the compensation that we are after!

And please make it clear to the customers that the next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. It must be stated very clearly on the front page where you advertise next day delivery, not just presented in the small print under T's&C's!

Ordered a new Gas Barbecue through Flaming Barbecues as they stated Free Next Working Day (delivery) Upgrade rather than buying from one of the high street retail sheds. BIG MISTAKE!
Whilst I received numerous emails informing me that my BBQ would be delivered on 17th April, I waited in all day until 6pm and nothing arrived. Neither did I receive any update by phone or email to inform me of the delay and proposed redelivery date.
After chasing them myself, I eventually received a response saying that they were "mopping up" all missed deliveries on Friday and Saturday. Both days came and went with no delivery or any update communication.
Today is 22nd April and the BBQ has still not arrived and again no update communication from Flaming Barbecues.
Unless you have plenty of time to wait my strong recommendation is to avoid this retailer and do what I should have done, buy you BBQ from a high street retailer and pick it up yourself!

There are many companies selling the same barbecues for more or less the same price, do not use this company!
They offer the free next day delivery which was what conned me into using them over a more reputable company, now regretting it.
They will offer next day delivery if it means they're getting a sale however if there is a problem with your product then don't expect the same quick service!
My barbecue arrived broken, completely unusable as the entire frame had snapped. I called within the same days opening hours and the incredibly unhelpful call centre worker could only offer it to be collected within 5 working days! I was absolutely appalled and requested to speak to a supervisor which conveniently there was not one on shift!
I requested they send out just the replacement part the following day but apparently this was a task far too complicated and they were not willing to do this. If I want a refund I have to wait up to 5 working days for collection and only after that will they process the refund.
Really appalled with the customer service. Another company guilty of offering the world to a new customer but once they have your money don't want to know!
Word of advice, order off of Amazon!!

If you need a BBQ cover these are the people to supply it. There are cheaper but the quality warrants the price charged. Delivery was spot on time and the product looks good for years. Would recommend Flaming Barbecues to anyone needing a cover for a BBQ that has to be stored outside.

Easy to order and pay and a competitive price. Excellent delivery service. Product arrived with 3 substandard components (it was the last one in stock!) and I had to supply photos to verify my claim for replacement parts. Once I'd done that, the replacements were immediately sent direct from manufacturer - one arrived broken but was then quickly replaced after another telephone call. If product had been completely okay on initial delivery it would have been 5 Star Rating.

I have just bought a new Landmann BBQ cover from Flaming Barbeques. I was very impressed with the quality of cover, the price that I was charged, the speed of the FREE delivery service and the offer of letting me pay AFTER I had received and checked the goods. That gave me even more confidence to buy from them and I shall make them my first port of call in the future for anything I need for my BBQ. A great internet company.

The price was competitive and the next day delivery was free, wonderful, (just wish it had also come with a little man to put it together). This was a problem because I am a woman on my own so I had to ask the help of a neighbour because I had neither the strength to do it alone nor the confidence to put together the gas components. I would have thought this part of the barbecue should have been assembled by the manufacturer as wrongly done it could cause serious injury. On a positive note, ordering was easy and I was delighted with the fast delivery provided by Flaming Barbecues. It has proved a very successful purchase and has been used nearly every day, so I would confidently suggest the Outback barbecues to anyone considering buying one and recommend purchasing it from Flaming Barbecues.
