Could not recommend enough. Quick delivery and excellent bbq. Pricing cheaper than eBay aswell

My recent purchase was placed via the telephone order line. I was very impressed with being informed abut delivery, particularly my request where I wished my item to be placed on delivery.

I bought the Outback 2 burner hooded BBQ at a great price from Flaming BBQs. It took about an hour to put together but the instructions were clear so it wasn't too stressful...However, right at the end I discovered that I had two right hand brackets for the drip tray and no left hand bracket. I rang the company and they were really helpful and arranged for a replacement one to be sent out immediately - no charge. Really friendly people to deal with, would have no hesitation in using them again.

The 'Outback Hunter 3 burner barbecue" order was wrong, and didn't match images on the site or the 'small print' the other part of the order, a toledo chiminea, wasn't sent (apparently not available). I requested a customer service call-back, but it didn't happen. I suspect if I had opted for the 'sales call-back' option it would have happened.
The customer service rep argued with me and didn't apologise when I was right and was extremely rude.
I already owned the outback hunter model for 6 years. it was fantastic. The replacement is made in China and the build and material quality is no-where as good. It comes with three grills, one of which - the griddle - is very small, to the point of being useless - you'd find it hard to cook two eggs on it. The image shows three equally sized grills, which is why I bought it.
I would not recommend this item, or website, as the images are not accurate.

Web site very good, product descriptions and photographs very good. Ordering process simple and next day delivery was brilliant.

The product was well packaged, instructions, in English, were simple and easy to follow. The product looks good and is easy to use.

I was happy with the price but didn't do any comparisons . I hate all that snooping around and am happy with a quality product a fair price.

We are all hoping for a Summer of warm and sultry weather and are keeping our fingers crossed.

We started our Summer a couple of weekends ago when we used our Flaming Barbecue for the first time. It was brilliant - lovely burgers, chicken, sausages and baked potatoes all courtesy of M&S and my husband for cooking it all. We are hoping that we will have plenty more get togethers - especially in July for my very special birthday.

Superb service and customer service excellent.

The bbq was delivered very quickly and well packed on a wooden palette. I was out when it was delivered but my instructions to put it in the back garden were followed to the letter.
Assembly was easy once you had identified the different bolt sizes and carefully read the manual. It only became a two person job when connecting the burner unit to the framework and we found that the box in which it was delivered provided a useful support during this activity.
The bbq has been used a couple of times so far and works well. We found it pays to get the grills really hot before starting to cook and the temperature gauge needs to be at the top end of the bbq range. Keeping it clean is really easy.

Item arrived quickly. Quality good. Would order from them again and recommend.

Bought the Outback Hunter 3 burner BBQ. Product was delivered very promptly. Good communication throughout delivery process. The BBQ itself looks superb - very solid and quality looking piece of kit. Easy to put together and , having used it today for the first time , does the job a treat !
Only minor niggle is the temperature indicator in the lid doesn't seem to work but I'm sure this can be rectified without difficulty.

The barbeque arrived with a part missing, but the customer service was great and I had a replacement part within a week.

This is a brilliant product, can't recommend it strongly enough. Great communication and quick delivery.

We've used it several times and the food has been great - even cooked a large lamb joint on there to perfection.

So easy to setup - half assembled already - just had to put the wood shelfs and legs on
So nice to cook on with the flat slab on one side and the griddle bars on the other - comes with lava rocks to infuse more flavour on the griddle bar side
