I loved this website/company! I bought a barbecue for my boyfriend's birthday. Got an awesome deal as it was seasonal clearance, and received nearly next day delivery and a special deal on a BBQ tool kit! I got plenty of update emails on the order and delivery status - it was fantasty service overall. I highly recommend Flaming Barbeques!

Ordered a fold-able BBQ stand. I'd looked elsewhere to compare prices but Flaming Barbecues had the best bargain for it. I was out of home when delivery was made, but they kindly left it in the shed for me to pick up. Easy to buy and website is user-friendly.

Got a barbecue, a Keter storage shed, and a folding bench.

The first two were fine but the chair was broken. I emailed them with the photos and a return and replacement was organised immediately and I have the new product within 2 days.

Prices were low compared to others like amazon, tesco, screwfix & other online retailers. Delivery was free and fast (next day).

Couriers weren't so great - the boxes were a little tattered and wet/torn. But the products inside were fine (except the bench - see above).

Would definitely use them again - and already have! I only gave 4 stars because really they shouldn't have sent a broken bench in the first place!

Note: I've seen some bad reviews for their other website that belongs to the same company (same products/prices and also known as kybotech), but my experience is definitely contrary to those reviews!

Great product ,well engineered and so easy to assemble,all the screws lined up perfectly.I only needed 5 minutes additional help to fit burner unit to trolley. Oh and by the way it cooks great.

We needed a sensibly sized BBQ which would suit us as a couple but could cope with the a few surprise guests. Our Billy-Ho arrived and 45 minutes later was good to go. Like any man with a new toy, it was in action and burgers being served within the hour! Who cares if it was raining!!

Purchased the goods over the internet on Friday evening 24 August and the BBQ was delivered on Wednesday 29 August, following a Bank Holiday and weekend. Easy to construct with good instructions and comes with a handy weatherproof cover. BBQ looks good with the shiny silver hood and cooks food evenly. Very pleased with the goods and the service provided by Flaming Barbeques. Thanks.

Have only used the bbq once so far but delivery/assembly and subsequent use have all been totally satisfactory

I had no issues purchasing from FlamingBarbecues, order came when they said, everything was there and I was up and running in no time. The Barbecue I bought is fantastic and cooks great food.

Everything was well packaged and easy to put together.
More importantly, the food tasted wonderful and was very easy to cook due to the controllability of the bbq!
