Everything was as expected based on the complimentary sample sent before ordering. Fit and finish are excellent, and our podcast logo looks fantastic on the black Vector Power Bank. We are using it as a giveaway for our 500th episode, and everyone who has seen and touched it has been impressed. The best part of our experience was our sales account manager, Hieu Truong. The respectful but timely updates, follow-ups, confirmations, complimentary samples, and making deadline with a smile that could be felt through email made it easy. Price was right as well when compared to other competition online and once the power banks were in hand, I knew we made the correct decision. Legit 5 out 5 ⭐️.

ignorant sales people, waste of time
I contacted Flasbay.com in South Africa via email.
Throughout the correspondence it became more and more evident that the account manager who responded had never read nor understood my requirement, after 5 emails back and forth I called him to explain my request as his responses never answered my question , just to find out that he sits in Hong Kong and that the company is not able to accommodate my printing request. Total waste of time and misleading. Stuff gets produced in CHINA
