I'm absolutely fuming with Flavourly. They promised me a "personalised" selection of drinks, but it was clearly just a random assortment of whatever they had in stock!

how do i know that this product will fit my allergies. you say that you are giving me products i need, but what if i cannot consume them? i think i should be able to consume the product if im going to be paying for it.

The company has been wound up. Not surprised after my last experience

No proactiveness with my ongoing issue. I am still having to chase. Order was supposed to be delivered Friday, didn't arrive. Saturday I was told there was a delay. Monday I was told the parcel was lost. Tuesday I was told the parcel was being sent back and that flavourly had gone into Liquidation. Still none the wiser as to whats happening. I've had no refund or any reference number to track the issue.

Two cans in the delivery are swollen as if about to burst.

My husband likes to try the real ales. He loves all the different IPA's. I can't always afford the big packs, so when a smaller, reasonably priced one comes along, I grab it. He gets really excited to see which ones are in the box. The delivery is always pretty quick too. Thank you

Great value for money, I have used flavourly since 2020 as I like to have a fridge full of beer and I don't like it all to be the same. From my research Flavourly is the best value out of it's competitors for beer subscriptions, and while it's not as experimental as some of its competitors, it is significantly cheaper. The main compromise is on delivery times, but that's part of getting the value.

Order for my case of beer stayed delivery in 2-3 days. When not delivered, checked website which stated, ‘Due to demand order delivery 5-10days’. Been 10 days now and still no beer. Complained and just got generated response. Crap service but hasn’t stopped them sending me adverts every day for more cases. I note the adverts don’t say you might get very thirsty waiting for it to arrive! Frustrating and very disappointing, I’ve been a regular customer for some time, but I’m going elsewhere until they sort their logistics out!

Always well packed and delivered when expected. A good choice of beers and prices.

2 weeks delivery and no responses to chaser emails. Can not speak to anyone

Beer, once it arrived was it's usual tasty high standard, but the long delay after order was placed and paid for, was unacceptable, not for the delay as such, but the total lack of communication, with response to Twitter or my e-mails. Please improve your customer relationships, loyalty is key to successful businesses

The value of the case was fine, but it took so long to arrive I almost forgot I ordered it to begin with.

What arrived was also several cans short of what i ordered. I wasn't in the mood to go through the hassle of getting the extra ones, so just left it, but unlikely to order again from here now.

Always a speedy service. Especially love the Alt Bier. Reminds me of my military downtime in Germany.

Promised 5 day delivery for a present. Took nearly 2 weeks. No offer to expedite in spite of being informed of the inconvenience caused.

Order took forever to arrive, tried to cancel it three times since was originally bought as a leaving present for a colleague but colleague had left two weeks before it arrived, no response from customer service on any occasion. Good at sending out spam emails though. Shambolic. Wouldn’t use flavourly again if you paid me.
