I will forever be grateful to Hannah…

I will forever be grateful to Hannah and the team.
During the worst time of our lives, they have guided us and helped us in the most wonderful way. Always kind, caring and approachable but professional and determined enough to get the best possible outcomes for my son. Hannah gained my trust very early on and I am thankful they were the ones to take on my son's case. Thank you all.

I have left messages to speak to anyone…

I have left messages to speak to anyone regarding my claim ,betas yet have had no reply.
I am making a time line of what happened , the treatment Ive had . supporting letter from Doctors and my PTSD therapist, No reply,As i have forwarded a full admission of fault from Southern housing ,the landlord.Im wondering what is holding things up?
