Ordered Peaceful White Lillies for my Uncle's funeral. Did not receive what I ordered. Arrangement looked like it was put together by a child, there was no balance and not 1 Lillie in the arrangement. Will never order again!!!!

I had order an arrangement , for condolences .....
While I have not seen them myself. I am told the arrangement was impressive .... It was made up of several different flowers ....The Arrangement did arrive the next day...

Hard to use system and status updates were infrequent

Two orders were created because I could not complete the first one because it would not successfully accept my credit card-I had to use a different browser. When trying to use the chat agent, I never successfully got a response. Ultimately the first incomplete order was cancelled (which was good). I only received one text message on status regarding order confirmation, not when it was in transit nor when delivery was complete. From what I can tell on the website it was delivered just before the deadline of 8pm on delivery day so it wasn’t exactly timely. Status updates could be much better.

You do not get what you order...

It would be useful to be able to add pictures as what I ordered was just beautiful. What was received was like a bouquet that was so terrible, it was just awful. Plus, it was delivered on the wrong date!
