When trying to use the chat agent, I never successfully got a response. Ultimately the first incomplete order was cancelled (which was good). I only received one text message on status regarding order confirmation, not when it was in transit nor when delivery was complete. From what I can tell on the website it was delivered just before the deadline of 8pm on delivery day so it wasn’t exactly timely. Status updates could be much better.

It would be useful to be able to add pictures as what I ordered was just beautiful. What was received was like a bouquet that was so terrible, it was just awful. Plus, it was delivered on the wrong date!
