For the price the flowers were great with lots of colour. The plants in a basket needed to be substituted but they turned out to be fine. As the venue was unknown to me or florist the three bouquets turned out to be better.

I find the bloomex.ca website to not be very easy to use. It kept resetting the delivery address for my order when I made changes to my shopping cart, so I didn't notice when I ended up checking out my delivery address had somehow defaulted to match the billing address. But, 4 stars for Lily in customer support as she was able to help fix it fairly quickly, it would be nice to have an easier to use website though.

Don't know about the flowers yet because they are meant to arrive on the 21st. Somehow I got link to "Shop"? I got two different order numbers and on all the email could not find the delivery date I entered. Using the chat window, got connected to Alex. Got a confirmation for the correct delivery date. So that interaction went very well. Here hoping that what I order arrives on time and with what I payed for. I will write another review once the arrangement is delivered.

At first, we thought we had done something wrong, so we were very stressed. Since we were ordering from another country, we were not familiar with how the system in Canada worked. But Allan was so helpful and understanding the whole time. He answered quickly, asked about every detail carefully, and guided us through everything step by step. I placed an order late a night for a next day delivery and made a mistake with the delivery details. I immediately jumped on the chat and spoke with Nelly and she was great ! Was able to locate my order and fix my mistake, and able to still keep the delivery date the same despite the location change being quite significant. Definitely a relief

I found everything from signing up, to the flowers being delivered, very easy. From start to delivery it was about 3 hours! The flowers were not for me but my daughter, and she was very pleased. She said everything was so fresh, healthy and beautiful!

Flowers were delivered promptly the day I ordered them.
I assumed the flowers were in a vase but they were not. Should have read the details more carefully, but it should have clearly stated NO VASE.
I received a picture of the flowers from my friend and they did not look like the Supersize I ordered, but rather the Regular Size. Very disapointing. Will never order from this company again.

I attempted to place 2 orders for flowers simultaneously on the Bloomex website. Apparently the website cannot process this kind of request. Payment was processed before I found this fact out. Not good. It should be fixed. I called the help line and Allan was very accommodating and helpful in sorting out my problem. Kudos to Allan.

We were out of country when our good friend lost his Dad. I phoned and explained what kind of arrangement I was looking for. It needed to be delivered out of town to an residence on an acreage. It was all completed beautifully and efficiently. A picture was taken and sent to us from the receivers and it was a lovely bouquet. I would definitely recommend and use this florist again.

There are a front for bloomex poor service who wants to look more local. They will not deliver on time, and claim that under all those fine prints, they don't have to refund even if the don't deliver. Totally insane.
