Customer service was great! Alliyah helped with me with my order and explained the delivery addresses needs to be complete as some same day delivery in some locations are not available. She was helpful and knowledgeable

I placed two orders last week

I placed two orders last week.
One arrived the next day. The receiver reported they were half dead.

The second order has not arrived yet.

Overall, not impressed.

If you're forgetful, Have Bloomex in your back pocket

I have the worst memory, and usually don't remember birthdays are coming up until the morning of when my calendar reminds me. Every time that happens, I go to Bloomex and get same day flowers delivered. They are always beautiful, they always arrive, the person who receives them are always delighted. It's a great gift idea to have in your back pocket for those forgetful moments.

Exceptional delivery care

The driver was in constant contact as the weather was questionable. His concern was not to have the flowers freeze and worked with me while we reached the delivery party.

This is the worst experience I have…

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered flowers on Wednesday morning arround 9:30 am and paid to be delivered the same day. Never got any notification, called on Thursday and they said they could not deliver on Wednesday but it would be delivered on Friday !!!! 2 days late. Nobody can answer and they don’t reimburse.

Update from Friday March 13th, nobody at Fleur Québec (French) speaks French so they are unable to know if the order will be delivered (already 48h late while I paid 20$ for same day delivery).

I also been waiting 24h for a call back from management but it seems everybody is too busy regarding having a partial refund.

My friend loved her flower arrangement!

Everything was very straight forward for ordering, and even though the weather wasn't great the day I ordered, it was delivered well and my friend LOVED her arrangement! I did not see the flowers in person but they were gorgeous! Would order from here again in the future

Médiocre de bout en bout

J'ai commandé un bouquet de fleurs mixtes, en format large..commande qui est revenue à 80$. Quand j'ai reçu la boîte...je me doutais qu'il y avais un problème, car elle étais super légère. En ouvrant..wow...maximum 10 fleurs...mini bouquet...même pas les fleurs que la photo montrait...du vrai vol! J'aurais pu acheter 1 bouquet au jean coutu, plus fourni et pour le quart du prix. Des vrais arnaqueurs...j'ai écrit à leur service à la clientèle...et surprise...aucune réponse.... fraudeurs !

One of the worst services ive ever…

One of the worst services ive ever dealt with they almost never deliver they pretend to pack stuff up but i know 5 people who ordered in the last 2months never got anything this has to be investigated seems like money laundering dosgusting service honestly stealing from hard working people stay FAR from these thieves.

Delivery was a disaster

Delivery was a disaster. The day selected wasn't respected. I got an email saying the flowers were delivered when I had receive nothing. I tried multiple time communicating when them and got a pre-made reply telling me the flowers were delivered. Only to get multiple call the next day from the delivery guy saying he had took the flower home and I had to go get them myself. I will never order from here ever again and I beg everyone one wanting to do business with them to not do so and their associated company Bloomex. Always a disaster with them.

Great option for flowers delivery

We have used Bloomex services for multiple occasions, whether it was for condoleances flowers, feel better flowers, and have always had a good experience. They have delivered the flowers always in a timely manner, making sure the person was there to receive it, and sending notifications to make sure I would know when it was delivered. Totally recommend their services.

Balloon bouquet for Grandma!

Ordering a bouquet of balloons for my grandma was easy and clear on the website.
