They delivered the flowers and the “out of home” card to the wrong address. After many phone calls and emails over more than six days, they still refused to issue a full refund or send a fresh bouquet. They claimed the recipient’s address was unclear, even though clear delivery instructions were provided in the order notes, along with both the recipient’s and sender’s contact details. Really bad at international delivery
I ordered a bouquet of sympathy flowers for my sister in law who's dad passed away in February. My sister in law lives in the US and I saw that Fleurop collaborate with florists internationally and could deliver the bouquet the next day after her father passed away. After more than 2 weeks no bouquet had arrived. Then the funeral passed and still there was no bouquet. At this point I had left 2 emails asking what is happening and it still took them over a week to get back to me. The US branch then contacted me and told me that they had attempted the delivery in February but they couldn't get past the gate. I only found out about this in mid-March! Finally they delivered the bouquet after 2 days. The bouquet was beautiful but the customer service was absolutely snail pace and it was abysmal that they did not notify me of the initial failed delivery so, for me, it was a bad experience overall. Specially because these flowers were sympathy ones! I will never use this company again. Disappointing.

I must pay twice because of a problem in the system
I ordered flowers, but the Billink site wasn't working properly, causing me to receive an error message repeatedly.
A few days later, I received two invoices to pay, and the recipient received exactly the same flowers, card, and chocolates twice (which is all quite expensive).
After emails and phone calls, everyone blames each other, and ultimately, I have to pay for the mistake myself.
That is the downside of a pool of shops – no one has control or oversight of the system, so no one takes responsibility, even if it is strange that two identical orders are in the system (to the same person on the same day with the same text/card and the same chocolates). No one sees that.
So, my advice: be careful, because if you are unlucky, you might accidentally create two orders

I tried to set the delivery date for 14th February, but they confirmed to me when I placed the order for 13th, so I took it. Because of that later I had to change the delivery address, but to my surprise they didn't deliver on the 13th, they delivered o 14th, luckily my wife went to work that they and was able to receive it. I have no complaints, just some clarity would had helped. I used other websites for this and so far I'll give this one another try precisely because they were efficient even after the confusion.

While the flowers, bunny, and chocolates were delivered on time and in good condition, the personalized card with photo and love note was missing from the package. This card was an important part of the order and its absence was disappointing.
I appreciate that you contacted the florist to investigate and eventually arranged for the card to be delivered later. However, the delay and initial omission caused inconvenience, especially since the card was meant to accompany the gift on Valentine’s Day.
I kindly suggest reviewing the delivery process to ensure that personalized items are properly included and checked before dispatch. This would help avoid similar issues in the future and ensure customers receive the complete experience they paid for.

I'm very satisfied with everything
I'm Norwegian and wanted to send a gift to a Dutch friend. The website was very easy to use and the gift (flowers, vase, chocolated and card) was delivered as I requested. A very good experience from start to finish.

To improve: flowers bouquet was not so big and impressive compared to the value I paid. Website had some strange BUG changed the address to 5 (instead of 15 I entered). I tried to add chocolate but it did not work. I sent email to support to update the address but they said it's too late...
