I've used this company before
I've used this company before. Insurance being dead money until you need it, it provided decent holiday cover in the event. The only quip I have is the cost of my current one trip cover in comparison to my last multi trip cover to which it has gone up considerably.
Overall a decent comparison holiday insurance company.
Online application is easy.

Very helpful staff and smooth experience when I rang to extend my coverage, while travelling, due to extending my trip. Would be 5 stars except that it was a little tricky to line up time zones so that I could ring when office was open. Helpful staff member gave me an email address I could use in future (wish I could have used that in first place).

Usually customer service good but this time you made a very big mistake on the policy by switching the names on the medical stage and when I rang to change it you wanted £62 more and after I said it’s your mistake i shouldn’t have to pay your response was do you want to cancel the policy I did pay the extra but no apology even after formal complaint and felt as you had missed my point completely. I have had to use your service in the past and it. Was brilliant but I am sorely disappointed this time by your customer service please respond

Non functioning website
Tried to get a quote. Completed first 3 sections without problem. The website then failed to allow me to go into the 'Select Policy section', no reason given.
The RH side of the page had a quote summary and I tried to retrieve the quote by entering the quote number and my email address (which I had already provided). However flexicover were unable to retrieve the quote.
Seems a complete waste of time.

Transferred from TopDog who where…
Transferred from TopDog who where brilliant for 10 years plus. Two claims in 10 years and perfect service. First 6 months here and needed to claim and what a load of rubbish. This declined and that declined or limited coverage and then an argument with us about definitions of what is covered and what is not. Stay well clear.
