Beware: Stalling tactics to steal your money. Avoid this agency!
Do not book with this company, Mytrip, or Gotogate—they are all owned by the same parent organization. While their tickets might look $50 to $100 cheaper than booking directly with the airline, it is a trap if anything goes wrong.I booked a ticket from Madrid to Kuwait on Feb 13, 2026, for a flight on March 25 (Air Europa UX3670). Due to regional conflict and the closure of Kuwaiti airspace, the flight was cancelled. Since that day, I have been fighting for my legal refund.Their customer support is a nightmare. They do absolutely nothing but delay and play word games. Every agent I speak to tells me to wait "10 days," and then the next one says "another 15 days." They are taking advantage of a crisis to hold onto passenger money and blame the airline.I am now taking my case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and civil aviation authorities. Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline.

their response confirms their mistake and proves exactly what happened. This experience is entirely unacceptable and a clear warning for anyone considering booking with their company.

Simple to use
Simple to use, however I'm curious as to why there is no Malaysian Airline e-ticket documentation attached to the PAID confirmation email.... When will tickets be available to be downloaded ?
Don’t book with FlightNetwork if you…
Don’t book with FlightNetwork if you need to change or cancel a booking forget it they tell you to contact the airline but the airline tell you to go back to them they are disgraceful in Australia

Avoid, avoid, avoid
Expensive and unreliable!!!!!
The staff member did not appear to be familiar with the airline’s cancellation policy and gave incorrect information. When I later checked the airline’s policy myself online, I found that the airline cancellation could be refunded. However, Flight Network still charges a cancellation fee of £34 per person per order, which was not even mentioned during the our conversation.
I feel the customer service team deliberately failed to provide full and accurate information, which caused me financial loss and unnecessary stress. Very disappointing experience.

Easy and efficient flight bookings
You are a con company

Overcharging & paying Google to pass your site prior to Porter Airline official site.
I will put the Word to watch for your scaming site

Beware, overcharged compared to official prices
Came up first on Google in paid search when I looked for Aegean, and without noticing it, I made a booking through them. Only when I paid did i realise sth was off. Paid 20% more than the airline charges:(( Really frustrating. It was my fault not to notice the URL was off. But charging 20% on top is really a theft. People will make money in all sorts of dishonest ways:((

Horrible customer service and charge after payment
Horrible customer service. Have to wait HOURS. Can’t leave the chat for more than a few minutes before the disconnect you. Said was $0 to use visa / Mastercard and then got hit with $18 to use it after payment went through. Absolute scam

Terrible experience ripped off
When we checked in for our flight we were advised our flights had not been paid for despite having booking confirmation. We contacting Flight Network they advised to pay the airline and get receipt which we did. Despite contacting Flight Networks and supplying reference multiple times we cannot get refund

Easy to use website.
These guys used to be great…
These guys used to be great but customer support now is absolutely shocking and they have tried to automate everything. Avoid like the plague - use them to find which airlines are cheap and then go to airlines and book directly. Awful company - think they got acquired and quality has diminished massively since.
In response to your mention of private section - there is no private section of the review that has been shown to me.

Refund for flight cancelation
My Transavia flight was cancelled by the airline. I paid $808.63 for the ticket. I received an email from Transavia stating that I would be refunded $573, as part of the ticket was non-refundable.
However, Flight Network refunded me only $342, meaning that $231 was withheld.
According to Flight Network, the reduced refund is because part of the ticket was non-refundable. However, this calculation was already made by Transavia, which clearly stated that my refund would be $573, not $342.
Flight Network wrote to me that "we have processed the refund received from the airline accordingly." If that is true, why did I receive only $342 when Transavia informed me that the refund amount was $573?
This discrepancy raises serious concerns about how Flight Network handled my refund. I believe there has been an error, or worse, that the refund has not been processed honestly.
I will never use Flight Network's services again, and I will make sure that my colleagues, friends, and acquaintances are aware of my experience. I am also consulting my lawyer regarding the further steps I may take to recover the remaining amount.
June 30, 2026- your reply "A fee is required for the processing of your request and the time and effort that will be spent by more than one of our agents on your behalf."
According to your reply, the extensive "work" involved in processing my order is apparently worth 25% of the ticket value ($230). Charging such a large fee for a flight that was cancelled by the airline is unacceptable.
Your response has only reinforced my decision never to use your services again. I will also make sure that my relatives and friends are aware of my experience with your company.
Shame on you.

Request for Compensation – Booking 1129-046-491
Booking 1129-046-491 was cancelled by Flight Network on April 26, 2026 due to “technical reasons,” after the tickets had already been issued. No alternative flights or rebooking options were offered.
As a direct result of this cancellation, our family trip for 10 travelers became impossible. We were forced to cancel our Airbnb reservation and suffered a documented financial loss of BRL 14,094.45.
I have already sent a detailed email with all supporting documentation. Please review this case, provide a fair resolution, and send me a case/reference number for future correspondence.
Thank you.

STAY AWAY! just book straight with the airlines
Booked a flight - then wanted to add luggage to the flight and they couldn't do it, referred us to the airline. Airline said categorically through email, and phone that the booking agency was the only one authorized to make this change. Booking agency ping ponged us. Then said they couldn't get access because 'the airline didn't let them'. In spite their terms of service explicitly states that they are responsible for these. Then they suggested we try our luck on the day of the flight and try to get baggage there - when I expressed if our luggage couldn't get on we wouldn't be able to flight they suggested it was the best solution. After we tried to get a refund seeing they couldn't modify, or add to the booking they refused and cited the airline refund policy. We explained we had no contract with the airline, we had a contract with them and they weren't fulfilling it therefore we were forced to cancel. Asked to speak to a higher up, they refused. Asked for issue to be escalated to some form of resolution, they refused. Even asked if we could just buy another ticket to have their allocated luggage and didn't even get an answer. Just that we could 'voluntarily cancel' the booking and get no refund.
