Flint Bishop Reviews 

We used Flint Bishop for a will writing service and they were amazing! The receptionist greeted us with a warm welcome and Jane and her colleague were friendly and professional. We felt like we'd known them both for years. Jane explained everything to us clearly and had plenty of time for any questions we had. Should I need a solicitor in the future I would definitely return to Flint Bishop.

I contacted Flint, Bishop and Barnett in regards to having a will written up.
Amanda was great. Very friendly and made me feel at ease.
She was knowledgeable and covered all aspects of making a will, some of which I hadn't thought of.
It was an easy and quick process.
I would definitely recommend.

Horrific! Claiming we owe British Gas money from 2020 (yes 5 years ago). The dates they are claiming for we had left the premises. I have sent proof of this over on numerous occasions yet they still write / email me and are now threatening court action. I welcome a day in court with them at this point.

I'm being harrasses by Flint Bishop solicitors even though it both my debt from octopus I've told octopus but they are instructing solicitors for £89.00 the problem is if Flint Bishop solicitors did there homework properly they would have checked the electoral register first then they would have known they seem to be good at this there are lots of other complaints against Flint Bishop solicitors my advice is AVOID THIS company very unprofessional dated 20/1/25 I'm going to report Flint Bishop to the appropriate authorities code of conduct, I demand a written letter of apology from Flint Bishop solicitors and don't believe anything they reply back on here I will contact the ombudsman supervisor for solicitors to complain

We recieved a notice at our business registered address for a demand for an overdue bill for British Gas.
The company referenced is not actually ours, it has a smilar name but its a totally different business not registered at our address. They couldnt even be bothered to look up the actual company, which we did and found an address for, they clearly just punted it out to the first address on their google search without checking details and now our address is on a proposed CCJ document.
We now have the stress of ringing trying to sort out their mistake. Its hard enough being in business nowadays without this sort of threat being incorrectly issued

Absolute SCAM!!!!!! Avoid at all costs. My parents passed away and they still sent out letters demanding money. My mother always kept upto date paying gas bills. Spoke to “Hannah” and told to stop sending scamming mail. SCAMMERS!!!!

Good comminication and action by Flint Bishop and Sara Hanson.

This company made contact via phone which I thought sounded like a scam. Then there was a letter (sent to wrong address). They were chasing £30 odd supposedly due to British Gas. It’s actually British Gas that’s due the money to their client and not the other way round.

All proof of payment and indeed credit invoices and final statement in credit were sent to the advised email.

Company said nothing was received by email but they’ve closed account anyway. Strange.

What a waste of time, effort and money this has caused all concerned. No money was ever due to British Gas whatsoever with the account sitting in credit.

Terrible to be chasing non existent sums and then claiming no email was sent.

Would give zero star if possible.

No apology offered and girl could not say why no contact was made to say the case was closed randomly.

Non-existant customer service, threatening legal action on behalf of clients over invoices that were not yet due, but not responding or even acknowledging any queries.

Horrible experience, sent a letter before action to us as the incorrect defendants, couldnt even bother finding the correct entity on companies house. When my mum receieved the letter, she called the lady to clarify THEIR mistake and instead the lady started shouting at my mum, bot very professional. I then had to call the firm who refused to speak to me or provide further information. It wasnt until I informed them that I am a lawyer myself and would be happy to write to them in a professional capacity that the lady spoke to me an acknowledged their mistake, couldnt even say sorry to me for sending me a threatening letter in error. It takes two minutes to do a search/ double check that you are writing to the correct defendant but clearly no one at this firm could be bothered to do so.

For an individual a Will is something that you can come up with many good reasons to postpone.

Flint Bishop were great though and prior to meeting they sent me a pack to help concentrate my mind.

I now knew what I wanted to do with my estate because I'm a clever guy, however... It turns out that I'm not.

Their representative went through all my initial decisions and, explaining each one, I was happy to alter that which I thought was good to something that I knew was excellent.

As they fail to desist in threatening unwarranted action I have given notice of my intention to issue against them for damages under the protection from harrasment act 1997

Their employee Martina Singh requires supervision as to how to deal with their clients British Gas when verifying facts

Sara dealt with our conveyancing for the sale of a house for us. We have used the company before for conveyancing and so has our son from our recommendation and never had problems Sara dealt with all queries on our behalf and either herself or her secretary always answered our emails and phone calls the same day which to us is really important. Friendly and helpful reception staff when had to go in to office. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Poor experience due to Rude and unprofessional customer service (Ref: M0564206 Balance: £447.69)

This law firm took my case for none fault car accident. The way they are handling my case is not satisfactory. Two months I was out of work when my loss of earnings is up to £4000 as my weekly earnings £500. They requested from me two years tax return, bank statement, weekly payslips. They are claiming my loss of earnings calculation is £500. Yet still they came back they said the third party has requested my profits and losses for the past two years. They have frustrated me and for the past two years they can’t finalise my claims. I will not recommend this law firm.
