A fraud business is going on in Flipkart. Selling counterfeit products which are going non-functional even before closing the return window but refusing to return or refund. I ordered a samsung memory card which became non functional within 4 days. I booked for return and refund (return window was active at that time) but stateway refused to return and even downloading of invoice was also blocked.

My order has been delayed continuously and keeps moving between Mumbai and Thane without delivery. Customer care only gives repeated scripted replies with no actual resolution. I was even promised a callback which never happened.

I had requested a return for a specific product, but unfortunately, in my absence, the delivery executive picked up a different product of higher value from my home. My mother handed over the item only after confirming with the delivery agent, trusting the process.
Since then, I’ve contacted multiple customer support representatives, including Senior Associates – Zia, Aditya, and Saurabh.
👉 The response has been shocking and unacceptable:
“Sorry ma’am, we cannot do anything once the product is picked up.”
Refused to share delivery partner details
Refused to connect with the delivery agent
Refused to refund the price difference
No accountability, no resolution, no empathy

The refrigerator delivered to me is defective and of substandard quality. The trays, compartments, internal fittings, and overall build quality are not in accordance with the standards reasonably expected from the product as represented at the time of sale.
The product supplied is not fit for its intended purpose and does not meet the requirement of a functional household refrigerator.

Immediately upon identifying the defects, I raised multiple complaints with both Flipkart and realme support.

At the initial stage of complaint handling, it was indicated by the technician that additional or unofficial payment may be required for processing or approving the refund-related resolution.
Such conduct is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding improper handling of consumer complaints and abuse of service authority.
5. Non-Resolution Despite Full Cooperation
As per instructions from realme support, I submitted all required documents including:
Invoice copy
Purchase details
Contact information
Despite full compliance, I have not received:
Any refund approval
Any written timeline for resolution

Flipkart = Customer's Nightmare
Every time I order something from Flipkart, getting it installed turns into a complete nightmare. My LG AC was delivered on 22nd May, and the installation was scheduled for 24th May. The installation executives were extremely rude, careless, and completely unresponsive. I wasted the entire day waiting at my new house, where I haven’t even shifted yet, just for this installation.
Then at around 8 PM, I suddenly received an update saying the installation was “rescheduled as per my request” — which is an absolute lie. I never requested any rescheduling.
Today the exact same nonsense is happening again. I have been sitting in an empty house since morning with an uninstalled AC and no proper response from anyone. First, the technician said he would arrive at 2:30 PM. Then around 2:50 PM, he casually said he “forgot” about the appointment. After that, he stopped answering calls completely, while customer support keeps repeating the same scripted line: “Please wait till 8 PM.”
Why should customers waste entire days waiting endlessly without any fixed installation time slot? People have jobs, responsibilities, and lives beyond sitting in empty houses waiting for irresponsible technicians who don’t even bother to communicate properly.
This is one of the worst post-sale service experiences I have faced. Delivery means nothing if installation support is this unprofessional and badly managed.
Edit 1: After posting negative reviews on the product page, Play Store, and Trustpilot, I noticed that the same product suddenly became “not deliverable” to both my old and new addresses. This feels extremely suspicious, especially because I experienced something similar earlier with another poorly serviced product as well. It gives the impression that customers who report bad experiences may be getting unfairly restricted instead of having their issues resolved properly.
This is not service . This is all about cheating the customer.
Flipkart is more ekart oriented ( it's delivery partner) and less customer oriented.recentlly I order a flush tank. Now the ekart delivery agent called stating the delivery will take place after some time. I waited but no delivery.so i called cust care & as per customer care I, the customer had requested for reschedule. Delivery agent was lying but flipkart refused to co-operate. Insted after sometime I received msg stating it's some sort of issue at flipkart end & same will be delivered next day . Next day the product was delivered but the box was torn . When informed flipkart they said it's open box delivery, so product can't be returned. They put the blame on customer & refuse to accept it's a goof up from their end . This is flipkart - escalation team- agent name sourav .
As for cust care team ( cust care - agent name sushmita & few others - team more into written chat , and not verbal/escalation - time oriented) But again flipkart is now a part of walmart.
Co-operation - questionable/doesn't exist. This is not service . This is all about cheating the customer.
Will never purchase from Flipkart
It was the worst day of my life when the thought of buying Blue Star Split AC from Flipkart portal.
I am at Vadodara. The temperature here is nearly 42-43 degree centigrade hence the purchase.
It's been 8 days of purchase and till date the installation partner jeeves person has not turned up for installation.
A small advice to all. Always go for local showroom purchases than the online companies especially Flipkart.

This is really pathetic and horrible services which I received for the first time while ordering the electronic things online. This seems to gamers between third party and Flipkart. They are looting people somehow.
My husband ordered an AC for me from this platform. The delivery took place after two days. It was open box delivery and one item copper fibre of 3mtr was missing in the product. I raised complain immediately and I was told by the executive that this amount will be reimbursed. I uploaded my bill as well but still no action has been taken. Everytime, I call they say only one thing that the matter is escalated and gives turn around time but still no result. I followed multiple times, called them but still no response.
It costs me a lot. If I would have bought it from other shops directly, I won't be facing this issue.
My experience is bad with Flipkart on buying any electronic gadgets.
Installation persons also informed me that the copper fibre comes with the product. Nowadays the seller do not send it deliberately or the delivery persons do some gambling to sell it late to local markets as this wire is expensive.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would gladly choose it. My recent experiences with Flipkart have been nothing short of a nightmare.
First, I bought a Haier AC through their platform. When an issue came up, Haier denied the standard 1-year warranty, stating that it was supposed to be provided by Flipkart. When I reached out to Flipkart's customer service, it was a completely exhausting experience. It took them an entire month just to resolve a very small error with the AC.
As if that wasn't bad enough, I recently made the mistake of giving them another chance and ordered a cooler. They delivered the completely wrong item, and to my absolute disbelief, they are now constantly rejecting my return request! They messed up the order and are now trying to force me to keep a product I never asked for.
Their after-sales support is a joke, and there is zero accountability. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind—do not buy appliances from Flipkart!
