I had ordered a 10 kg pack of More Light detergent powder from Flipkart. The package was delivered in a small carton containing two tied bundles. The moment I slightly opened the carton and saw the two bundles, I immediately understood that one they were not an original product. I raised an exchange request right away.

The replacement product they sent was exactly the same type of suspicious item. I refused to accept it and submitted another request. After several days of delay and unnecessary excuses, the delivery person finally came but refused to take back the carton. I had to raise yet another request. Again, there was a long delay, and now when I call customer care, they are saying that the return request window has been closed.

Later, I discovered that many other customers have faced the same issue and made similar complaints. I never expected this kind of deception from a company like Flipkart. They are luring customers with attractive discounts and cheating people over products worth ₹595. Strict action should be taken against the seller immediately.

As somebody said I literally want to give below 1 star. It's high time flipkart shut down there service if they can't operate properly. This is the second time I'm facing the same instance where the delivery of the product is getting delayed for weeks. I ordered a Casio watch on 11th April (OD437278140884548100) and delivery agent gave me a missed call on 14th. I immediately called him back his phone was busy and eventually I got a message that my order was not delivered. Like seriously dude? I tried to reach out to the customer service team twice. The first person was very helpful but the second person was not giving any resolution. It's 25th April now and I still haven't received my product. Are they manufacturing it now? Or is this your dumb strategy flipkart? I truly believe that people should start filing cases against Flipkart via consumer court. It's high team the upper management team look into these issues rather sitting there and working as if flipkart is a well known brand. I swear there is a reason brands like amazon and myntra are highly trusted and we're ready to pay any amount because they focus on customer satisfaction unlike flipkart who can't even write an email on these issues and try to resolve it. Will uninstall flipkart and ensure to make sure to remove the brand from others phone too.

The services are very poor. It has been a week since I got the wardrobe and it has not been installed yet. The technician is not coming.

They will deliver open box . At that movie itself we should check everything. After that if we face any problem or something they will not do anything. Worst experience with Flipkart delivery. They promised one day delivery , but because of the delivery agent’s negligence, it has been delayed to tomorrow. Completely unprofessional service. Don’t promise delivery timelines if you can’t meet them.

Dont buy any electronics items in Flipkart .. Customer service is horrible and pathetic .. mainly dont buy Marq Projects and never take extension warranty for any products from flipkart .. it is all are junk ...

Suppose to give 0 rating but there is no option. Sofa set not delivered even after 10days of over due date. Customer care process is worst. Just they say backend team will call. But they don't call. I unable to cancel the order is it is showing as shipped for last 20 days or not getting delivered. How come this company still surviving in India. Rediculus & Irresponsible company

Really disappointed with Flipkart.

Bought realme Buds Wireless 5, faced issues, and at the realme service center I was told the invoice serial number doesn’t even match the product.

This is not a small mistake it’s a serious trust issue. How would a person authenticate a product if the serial number is not matching.

Seriously don't buy from these platforms

No resolution for issue highlighted to them they just want to wait for a long time and finally get an update saying they cannot do anything as the escalation window has passed. 3 weeks all the agents I called were not able to resolve my delivery issue and product description was incorrect in the website , when I called and Highlighted the same they told its my problem I should learn to order correctly and told me to hang up as they cannot do anything

Flipkart is running a scam. for any Return and exchange products , they cancel on their own without informing customer. and then within the exchange time frame whenever we call they, they ask to wait, it shall be processed. soon when the window is over, they say we cannot help. this way they are just looting people's money. anytime you call, they will never process any request providing one or the other reason.

I am extremely disappointed with flipkart. The app clearly showed next-day delivery when I placed my order, but in reality, the package took five days to arrive. This is unacceptable and feels like false advertising. If you cannot honor your own delivery timelines, don’t mislead customers with false promises. The delay caused a lot of inconvenience, and the lack of communication made it worse. Very bad service — I would not recommend relying on flipkart for timely deliveries.

Main 9th April ko headphones oder kiye the patron ke unhone one day delivery ka usmein mention Kiya tha wo mujhe 12 th ko received hua with damage like wo usse lag raha tha isliye main return kar diya or return policy one week ki the unhone ne request accept mein daal diya or one week Tak koi dilivery wala nhi aya received karne uske baad return policy period end ho gya ye bol ke unhone meri request cancel kar di it's a scaming total froud of Flipkart don't buy from Flipkart it's wrost company ever

HP pendrive april4, 2026 not delivered. missing after reaching Bangalore. 2 seperate order missing!

Ordered Sofaset - Delivery date has been given 13th April (that is 30 days from Order booked) but till now it is not received. Backend team calls &ask me to cancel the order with out any reason. Customer care team says they don't have clue & it's issue at seller. Why the Flipkart is required here unable give the reason for not delivery which is already shipped on 2nd April. Very reduc

Worst experience with Flipkart.

My order was supposed to be delivered on 16th, but today is 19th and still there is no delivery. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable.

I contacted customer care multiple times, but there was no proper resolution. Instead, I received false assurances again and again.

On top of that, some customer care executives were extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t even know how to talk to customers.

This is not the first time I am facing such an issue with Flipkart. Repeated poor service clearly shows lack of responsibility and accountability.

Very disappointed. I will think twice before ordering again.
