Buyers Beware
I had a very disappointing experience with FloatBuds.
I ordered a suit for my son which took over 3 weeks to arrive and the sizing was completely incorrect and it did not fit him at all he is nearly 4 and i ordered size 5-6 but it was still too tight . In UK clothing he wears 4-5.
When I contacted customer service to arrange a return, I found the process extremely frustrating. Instead of providing a straightforward return solution, I was repeatedly offered a 20% discount to keep an item that was unusable due to the sizing issue.
After going back and forth for some time, I was eventually given a return address which cost approximately £15 to return the suit to China & the address provided appeared to be invalid and the parcel could not be sent.
This involved additional time and costs that I should not have incurred. As a customer, I expected a simple return process for an incorrectly sized item, but instead I felt I was being discouraged from returning it.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
