Ordered floating grip for Xbox from…
Ordered floating grip for Xbox from this company a month and a half ago and never received the package.
Text them several times regarding the missing package. They responded each time with tracking number and never offered to replace the item. I can search and track the package by my self and don’t need email with tracking details.
Will never order from them again.

First of all, I'm really sorry to read your 'call for help' in here instead of an e-mail directly to us. It would had been way easier to help you through that insead of here. Mostly because I can't see who you are as you haven't added your order number in here.
Please inform us who you are for us to be able to look into this case and help you.
From looking at your profile in here it looks like you are from the US.
As I believe we have informed in our mails to you we have had big delays due to COVID 19. As the entire world has been affected by a total lock down for months only very limited flights have been able to transfer parcels from Denmark to the US. You write that we haven't offered you a replacement. I believe in the mail, that you have accepted to wait a little extra for the parcel to arrive. If that is the case, then it would had been strange to offer you a replacement. However, if you didn't want to wait extra for the parcel to arrive you should just have informed us, then we could have solved it right away. But again, this reply to your review isn't very constructive as I can't see your order number, I don't know who you and therefore I am not able to check the e-mails or the status of your parcel. If you provide me with your order number I'm happy to check for you and help you solve this.
As we ship a lot of orders to the US we have have just opened a warehouse located in the US (Ohio). This is a consequence to the delays caused by COVID 19. This means that now we offer 1-3 days shipping to all American customers. Orders to the US are therefore no longer fulfilled from our warehouse in Denmark but from our new one in the US.

Perfect
Little slow shipment due to COVID-19, product is great. Xbox One X stand is just perfect and easy to install. PS4 Slim stand instead is a little tricky because the smaller wire is about an inch too short and requires some force and patience to be installed. Once installed the consoles are just perfectly steady and beautiful to see.

To be honest....
To be honest the screws and raw plugs that came with it wernt that good, so I used my own. But omg putting my playstation up was so hard that it made me sweat when I was trying to put the string round, I thought I'd lose my playstation it was not fun. Design looks good otherwise.

Thank you for your review and we are happy to hear that you like the design and managed to install your console.
The ropes are supposed to keep the console safe and stable on the wall, which is the reason it's tight. Not sure about what you mean by losing your console, but it's good you managed.
It's fully up to you whether you chose to use your own screws or the ones we have included. However we are actually using the best quality from one of the best providers, Fischer. As every customer has different kind of wall (like. eg. drywall, brick or concrete) we have chosen to include screws that can be used in a drywall without wall plugs, and then we included wall plugs that can be used in any other kind of wall and are fitable with the screws.
Anyway, I'm happy to hear that you are enjoying your new FLOATING GRIP and thank you for sharing a review.
