Great product, Very satisfied
I bought 2 of these 1 for my ps3 and 1 for my ps4. they look great (especially if you decked your console out with stickers etc or have a custom edition console)
easy enough to set up they provide all the hardware needed (I would of liked if they provided the size drill bit to be used in the instructions though)the videos With that Qr code made it a lot easier to understand the hanging process for the ps4 which had 2 strings to use (I failed horribly off of the pictures)
no problems with it so far very creative and intuitive great price!!
much more efficient then large mounting brackets.
Great job Keep it up!
I will remove 1 star because the ps4 version I have seems to sag a bit at the top and that I had to do some trial and error with the drill bit size though.
I will be trying the controller hangers look forward to testing those out as well
PS: have you looked into an adhesive based mounting solution for this product ? I hate to have to put holes in the walls (I do it so often though) i would love to see a stick on alternative for this product on the market some day if you can manage to make it work!

I bought the floating grip for the ps5
I bought the floating grip for the ps5. The bottom string is very supportive but the second string that goes around the top does not support the ps5 very well and a bump would make it fall off the wall.

Complaining before allowing us to try to help you is not really fair. From your message inhere I can not tell if you installed the wall mount correctly. I would like to check that for you to help you solve this.
Beside this, I need to inform you that when you make your own part you are no longer using our product and we can therefore not quarantine the product as you are not using our product as guided and with our parts. This is not according to our terms and I recommend you to contact us direct at support@floatinggrip.com for assistance to fix this.
Finally again, I don't think it's really fair to us that you don't even inform us about this to help you solve this before writing such a bad review. It's very sad and disappointing as we really do our best and take big pride in providing the best possible service to our customers.

Works great! Very simple but very smart. The customer service was 5 stars alone. Shipping took longer than expected but the seller responded to every complaint I had. I don't hold them responsible for the shipping, the covid thing is responsible for that. But it was very easy to set up and it looks great. Love the PS5 being off the floor. Very happy with it.

I was very surprised by how easy it was to install and it looks like my PS5 is floating. You don't notice the strings that are holding the system to the wall. The price was great as well.

It just does not hold on to the console…
It just does not hold on to the console well enough, I watched the video and tried all the suggestions. I have kids using this and need it to be way more firm in place and no matter how much I worked with it, it wasn't good enough.

Arrived at an expedient time. Instructions were easy to follow. The only difficulty was hanging the controllers, the videos kinda omit a small step, but hanging them is still fairly easy

Installing the kit is something else. You get a manual, which tries to explain the entire process with illustrations. It's not really something that works. I miss measurements and clear instructions. They put a QR-code that directs you to a YouTube video with a "tutorial". Except the process is partially masked by the hands or body of the person explaining it.
Devices are not flush against the wall either. So it's not as pretty as the website says it looks.

According tot he tutorial video for the PS4 Pro and the XBOX one X, I will look into making new ones as we only want it to be as clear as possible for our customers.

You have ordered the mount for PS4 Pro and XBOX One X, both of them should have a 1-1,5 cm. space on the top of the console against the wall. This is for airflow and ventilation.
