the wallmount is great the wait is bad
the wall mount is amazing but the only thing wrong was the delivery i know it was because the delivery was pushed back but it still sucked having to wait a week and a half for my wallmount the wallmount was great though:)!!!

Awesome product and INCREDIBLE Customer Service
Upon installation the PS5 didn’t seem to be very secure but after speaking with customer service over numerous very helpful emails. Fitting the shorter rope first then the longer second on installation gives it so much more stability and is now 100% secure.
Not only does this floating shelf fit superbly, it looks jaw dropping the way it appears to float on the wall.
I have two of these for different rooms and they both look INCREDIBLE!!
The wall looks so much cleaner without there being a chunky floating shelf. Bravo to Floating Grip for this incredible design!!
Strongly recommend you go nowhere else for your console shelf. Other than floating grip!!

HORRIFICALLY over priced.
This product is just 2 pieces of string retailing at £20
Really was not expecting 2 pieces of string to turn up today, but gave the product the benefit of doubt and installed it.
I watched the install video, and gave the girls "trick" a try and stood back to watch my sons £450 unit precariously balanced in a piece of string and just thought no.
It's not even stable, it's just dangling on the wall.
This would be a poor product at 1/4 the cost.

I'm sorry that you are frustrated and don't find our mount stable. If mounted correctly the mount is holding up the console stable and secure. We have sold our wall mounts to gamers around the world since 2014 with happy customers, so you don't have to worry about whether the mount can hold your console on the wall. The entire idea behind our design is to leave the console looking like it's 'floating' on the wall. The simplicity and functionality of the mount is what we are known for. I'm sorry if you expected something else from us.

Pre-ordered November 9th and still…
Pre-ordered November 9th and still don't have it. I know there's a pandemy going on and I know that once it's shipped it's in the carrier hands and not the company. But this is insanely long.
I know that it's a harsh review for something that might not be in your hands but there's probably better shipping company out there that you can do businness with.
Anyway, poor experience so far. I hope I'll be blown away by the product...
Edit: I added 2 more stars for a total of 3 stars because I can feel like 1 stars was kinda harsh.
I just received my pre-order today (January 4th), it's not on the wall yet.
I'll edit this review once my PS5 will be on the wall.

Very easy/intuitive way to mount PS5 on wall
Very easy and intuitive way to mount the PS5 on the wall. It can mount either side depending on how you want or need to hide your cables. For me, I needed to mount it with the cables to the right, which hides the ps5 logo, and still has access to the disc. Looks much nicer on the wall than I expected! Thought the curves of the ps5 would make it look weird, but it looks great. Happy with the purchase.

It looks amazing on the wall friends and family have come over and seen it floating on the Wall and said How How have you done that 🤯🤯 lol. When I show them how easy the process is to hang it on the wall they went like need one in my life too! No way I would trust this
No way I would trust this. Installed it as instructed, watched my PS5 fall against my tv (luckily) then promptly ordered a different mount. Straight to the trash for this one unfortunately.
