PS5 Mount
Quite simply this is massively overpriced an no wonder at the time of pre ordering there was no image available.
Having previously bought a mounting bracket for the PS4 I was expecting something similar and as substantial.
But no it’s 2 pieces of string and 3 plastic clips that quite frankly I wouldn’t trust to hang a plastic spoon.
Very disappointed and feel mugged off with the price.
This kit is worth a £5 a best not the £21.45 I paid.

Dog er jeg meget ærgerlig over at se, at du har givet 1 stjerne grundet forsinkelse. I december har vi haft utrolig travlt med lancering af nye produkter, Black Friday, Julegavemåned og ikke mindst en masse COVID restriktioner som har tynget hele processen. Dette skriver jeg ikke for at retfærdiggøre forsinkelsen, men lidt forståelse.

If you have any suggestions on how to improve them, please let me know and we will look into it.
Concerning your PS5 in the mount I'm also sorry that you have this issue. The mount should be tight around the console, so this is for sure something I would like to assist you with and make sure that you get pleased with the final result.
I will try to guide you from here (as I have not seen any direct mail to us from you). Please take it all down and start over by placing the shorter rope on the three mounting parts. Then place the longer rope. Now the mounting system will be tighter around the console. It's also mentioned in the tutorial video.
If you are still not satisfied with the final result please contact us through our support form at www.floatinggrip.com/support then I'm happy to look into either a compensation method, return and full refund or a replacement. No worries about that.

Hi, after I got my ps5 mounted the top string keeps falling out and I don’t understand why. This cause my ps5 to tilt and cause damage to my disc. Should have added my support to the top.

Shipping took a long time but they emailed saying we would have some form of compensation when our order arrived well mine arrived months later and nothing extra was in there to make up for the long delay so it was disappointing.

awesome product but top strap too long
Really cool product and I am happy with it overall. As others have noted, the top strap is waaaay too long and this really has to be addressed with manufacturing.
I tried the trick that was suggested to reverse the cable to make it tighter and that didn’t help. My top cable is like an inch too long.
So I used butterfly clips on the left and right of the top strap to hold it down so it’s more taught and secure. I would give it lower stars because of this however I am thoroughly happy with it otherwise and my wife is super happy that the Ps5 and controller is completely hidden behind the TV. It’s a great overall thing to have.
