GREAT
At first i was not sure so put the life of my Playstation 4 Slim into 2 ropes. But after some research i decided to do. And it was a GREAT decision. It looks great and is a Save solution to put your console and controllers at the wall.
The installation is very very easy. The hole process took about 20 minutes.
It looks awesome like the console is floating at the wall like the name says.
Some of my friends now decided to buy the same thing vor their consoles.. I will tell everybody who wants to know about my positve experience with the FLOATING GRIP wall mount system.

I have not received the item and it's shipped apparently almost 2 weeks ago. I am very upset since I was one of the very first people to pre-order it. How can I review something that I pay for and have not received? That is obviously why it has to stay at one star for now.

Close to perfect but still missing a few things
Please include the size of drill-bit needed for anchors to properly install. Also the design for the short string on the top was hard as it pulled off the mounts when trying to get it on the system. Once installed like all of your other products I use it was great

I wanted to love this product
This review is specific to the PS5 version of Floating Grip.
I wanted to love this product. I previously had my PS4 on the wall using another companies product and I wanted to give this one a go due to price, however as it is, it does not work properly. It seems like a little more engineering needed to go behind it but there was maybe a rush to get it out for the holidays?
The smaller band is too short and too high up on the console so that the way it wraps and "holds" the top of the console is unstable and actually may even fall. The way it loops around the little round knobs and then is at the top of the PS5, when you put it on the rope starts to come out of the pegs. If this happens the whole unit will fall.
I am hoping this was just some kind of bad version to be fixed or something. Hoping the manufacturer will contact me about it as well for replacement or credit but we shall see.
I do think the company is great and has always been responsive and supportive..but I think they failed on this particular product.

Not a secure solution for your ps5, don't have animals or watch out when cleaning the house as it don't sit very secure in this. I'm just ripped mine down, it's junk!

The customer support does not react on…
The customer support does not react on my emails with topic return of the product. The product itself is not reliable. In the end i didn't get my money back and have some ropes that are useless. The shorter rope is too short. I placed it in every possible position. I will wait for better solution form other company. I can't recommend the product because if you buyed you won't get a refund

Today it's Tuesday (December 22). As I also wrote to you in my last e-mail, we are very busy these days due to Christmas, meaning the response time is a bit longer.
I'm very sorry to read this bad review, both because I feel like we haven't got the change to help you. I the previous mail I have assisted you with link to the tutorial video for you to see how to mount it correctly. In the last mails I have also offered you further assistance on the setup, but also offered you a full refund if returning the product (which is according to our terms - meaning you can read about them on our web shop: www.floatinggrip.com/terms).
We have one goal and that is to take good care of our customers, but with this busy time of the year we can not have a reply time down to 24 hours and we do not reply customer mails during the weekend (https://www.floatinggrip.com/contact/). I hope for your understanding.

Instructions were very easy
Instructions were very easy and took less than 20 min from start to finish. I will admit, I was hesitant at first hanging my PS5 but once I locked it in with the cords, my worries went away. It is very stable and fits perfectly behind my tv. Definitely would recommend!!
