Left a lot of info out. Delivery date. Location of pick up....but no problem taking my money. Dont like it

We received one day later than promised and product was damaged in shipping with half or more product end broken. Fortunately we needed less than carton to complete our project was able to salvage sufficient quantity.

The shipping was fast, but I paid for three samples & shipping only to be sent the wrong ones, which were completely useless. Not that $8 is an astronomical amount, but I might as well have just thrown the cash in the garbage.

I am sorry that I am not totally sure of the name of the gentleman that helped me, Ron or John may be his name, but he was not only totally professional,and courteous in processing my order, but he also went out of his way to make sure that I got the adhesives and tools to make the job easier (something my husband is very happy about!). He ordered my product from a warehouse that had everything in one place so that the shipping costs would be minimal and that everything would arrive on time. Thanks for making a not so fun task, painless and easy!

I do not think i was told the truth on Tri West Inv. of smokey brown vct I think they Inventory it as I have bought it in the past and they had plenty of it the salesman from your company said the do not stock that color when I asked when they would have some in stock that I had to pay 25.00 to get it from California

I ordered some floor tile. when I ordered the tile I was told it was in phoenix and would be delivered Friday. the tile did not show up on Friday. so I called to find out where it was. I was told it would be delivered on Monday. come Monday still no tile. I called one more time this time I was told the tile was coming from another state and would show up on Tuesday.

Tile looked even better when we got it then it looked like on-line. And it came sooner than promised!

I ordered the wrong color and had to cancel prior to picking up. Matt, the manager with floor city let me cancel my order with no hassle. In fact he's sending me free samples so I can be sure on the color we need. Great company, great customer service.

Awesome and fast! Miscalculated an order on Amazon and they delivered in 2-3 days rather than 10

The original sales person was Matt and he took time with me and all was very good. When placed the order over the phone; this person was equally helpful and all arrived on the promised date!!
