We had an excellent experience with the removal of our carpet and installation of our laminate flooring. The work was done carefully, and we are so pleased with how it came out.

This was such a great experience. Erin in sales was so knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was excellent and extremely professional. We had just had the entire interior of our home painted and the installers did not damage any of the new paint.

Floor Decor has been our go to for many years. They have replaced all of our carpet and all of our floor tile. They tiled the new back splash in our kitchen and most recently did our master bathroom shower. Floor Decor not only has high quality products at an affordable price but the staff is wonderful from the owner Dan to the floor room staff Amanda & Erin, who are very knowledgeable and helpful and CJ our most recent tile installer is so amazing and meticulous. He did such a beautiful job. I highly recommend them!

Purchase process was quick and easy. We got good input on what we actually needed for the space and there was no attempt to sell us more than we needed/wanted. Installation was done very professionally.

When shopping Erin explained the different options that were available and made some money saving suggestions. Purchased a high quality product at a very reasonable cost. (Price included installation and disposal.) The installers were GREAT!! The crew arrived on time. Took out the old carpet and padding. Installed the new carpet and padding. They also removed and discarded the old material. Cleaned up when finished. THE CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend them.

The communicaiton of how long and how invasive the process of installation was unsatisfactory. Many of the cleaning and closing tasks of the overall project lagged too long and poor communications about these challenges are the reason for not providing a five star rating.
