Floor Decor Carpet One Floor & Home Reviews 

My experience with Floor Decor Carpet One was excellent from start to even now. Amanda was my contact and we did the deal through email (I already had carpet picked out from another vendor). She was thorough, responsible and professional. My carpet was installed about a month ago and I emailed her with questions on stain removal. She responded with manufacturer recommendations. I will use them again when the time is needed and 100% recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs!!

Owner Dan's attention to detail and customer service are the very best. We've been loyal customers for 22 years and will remain loyal for at least another 22 years.

Everything went great in the beginning with the estimate and ordering materials, etc. but then I couldn't get a hold of my sales person Dan. As it got closer to the date I was told materials would be delivered I called to confirm and express a few concerns/ask a couple questions. I left two voice nails and sent two emails with no response. Luckily the delivery man called before he came. I expressed to him my inability to get a hold of Dan. I asked if he could just have the installer call me after all he was going to be doing the work. He must have said something when he returned to the store because suddenly I received a call. The installer did a great job and I guess that's all that matters. Once the job was done no one checked in to make sure it was done or to ask if everything was ok. The next day I figured I would go into the store and pay my balance. I mentioned to the young woman that something wasn't done that was supposed to be. She wrote a message for Dan to call me - once again he never did.

It's great to work with Dan. He is very honest, responsive, and helps find the right carpet or hardwood flooring for your budget. He will gladly explain his quote and how it compares to the competition. His team works efficiently and are very courteous. He's done 4 projects for me, both hardwood and carpeting. I highly recommend the Floor Décor in Lindenhurst. And no, I am not a relative, but it is nice to be able to give a good rating!

Would highly recommend. The owner and his daughter took great care of me. Not pushy AT ALL!!! They let me keep 6 samples for over a month until I could decide.
