Easy delivery, but terrible after sales. Found a fault in at least 3 out of 5 planks in all boxes. Sent email with photos, laid floor but cut planks to avoid faults showing. Now I'm struggling to get a resolution as some planks need replacing but because I didn't notice the fault until had started laying the floor and can no longer put the faulty boxes side by side showing the fault they are being difficult. Apparently this instruction is in the T's and C's but I know they don't affect sale of defective goods.

I’ve used Floors direct for over a decade now and I think this is the first review I’ve given them. I’ve had no issues whatsoever, deliveries have been on time no damage with anything, even the samples that I’ve asked for come through in plenty of time.

I bought laminate, the price was great and delivered quickly. The reason didn’t give five starts is that some of the edges that click in were damaged, luckily I didn’t need the full pack so didn’t cause me an issue.

Floor looks amazing down but scratches so easily. Less than a year and need to replace

A friendly, helpful team and good quality flooring. I would have rated more highly but:
1. The website doesn't warn clients that different batches don't fit each other. Boxes left over from one part of flooring didn't fit second batch bought only 5 months later.
2. They failed to deliver on the agreed date which my joiner had kindly blocked to finish the job.
3. They've blocked my calls for the past two weeks when i left messages asking for the new delivery date.
4. Just heard today from their delivery partner that the boxes will arrive today before 11 am. 20 mins to go and no sign. Communications are way below expectations. Update: the boxes were delivered at 11 and seems to fit. Still don't rate their contact capabilities. They should have let me know the boards would be delivered today.

Flooring quality is excellent and very affordable. Delivery was on time and no issues with the packaging etc. Would definitely order again.

Great price, lovely flooring & quick delivery!

Was an easy experience from ordering to the updates with the delivery. Although the driver did not ask for a signature to confirm delivery.

This is the 2nd time I have bought solid wood flooring from Floors Direct. I am "floored"(see what I did there - lol) with the quality and service provided.

I visited Floors Direct to pick out laminate flooring and, having used them before, I was once again impressed. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and were extremely helpful regarding the subbase prep and choosing the best type of laminate for the specific room. Great service and a brilliant selection—I’ll definitely be back for future rooms!. Only 4 stars because experts say most 5 stars are not real people!

Very happy with the service the floor arrived on time and the solid oak was as easy to fit as an engineered floor due to high quality manufacturing of the floor. Homeowner is very happy with the end result aswell

Asked for a sample it was sent really quickly and will be ordering my new flooring very soon

Floor looks lovely just a bit hard to lay as the ends dont click together very well have to use an offcut and hammer each time.
Delivered on time, had to email to find out if still that day for delivery but they got back to me within 30 minutes to let me know the delivery window, driver was great brought the flooting closer to the house than he needed too

The worst flooring company I’ve seen in 19 years. From the company using fake pictures of the flooring that look nothing like the real product, lying about delivery time slots or not answering calls after sales and their inhumane aftercare, to the delivery driver lying that I threatened him (???) just to avoid delivering my package as I am on the first floor, vulnerable and alone is disgusting.

I have stage 4 cancer, one leg, weigh 52kg, have to water a mask and stand at least half a metre from people so this was way too far of a lie and I’m still heartbroken by this. Ended up dumping the packs and underlay in the rain and didn’t even tell me or allow me to sign for my own delivery. Ended up having to stand on the side road in the cold and rain for 2hours 40 minutes with my crutches and umbrella guarding myself and the floorings so we don’t get wet until I received help.

The male that runs/manager of this company lacks all types of sympathy and professionalism too, he seemed to be in on that abhorrent lie which seems to be this company’s go to looking at other google reviews with the same experience. He’s also rude and lacks phone skills and mannerisms. I believe it was because of the colour of my skin and my disability, also so they could try to charge me an extra redelivery fee. Plus the majority of the packs were ripped meaning they left the warehouse like that, and because ‘delivery’ dumped it on the side in the rain without telling me, I couldn’t reject the ripped packs. Plus they were shrink wrapped (loosely) so I wouldn’t have even known all by myself, how nasty.

Definitely reporting this company to trading standards and providing evidence of my health and maltreatment to eventually get a partial refund on the damaged packs. Disgusting ableist company, avoid them and LISTEN to the reviews they have a bad name for a reason!

I do not even want to give 1 star.

Manager of this store spoke to me on the phone in the most angry and derogatory way,

You will not get a refund from me when clearly the shop said I could. Be aware when you collect the boxes of flooring do not accept tatty ones as they use this to not accept a return.

I have raised a complaint formally

I’ve been renovating in small amounts and needed a specific flooring brand and colour to match some pre existing floor and the is company stocked it, I ordered a sample to double check and this arrived quickly and was a decent chunk of board allowing for a decent test!
I ordered my flooring fo a great price! I would say delivery is the same not matter how many boxes you order so make sure you know what you need! (They do offer free collection which is great if you are local)
The flooring turned up well packaged with protective edges which is great as I’ve revived damaged flooring from other companies before!
The only downside to the all of this is the time frame for delivery is massive it’s an entire day from early hours into the evening, I half day slot would be a vast improvement.

Great friendly service. Knowlagable about the flooring. Offered competitive pricing.
