150mm Brushed &Oiled Oak. Delivery was packed well and came on time. Only negative was having to take a day off to sign for a pallet delivery which was not clear until I had made the order.
On the plus side, the flooring looks amazing and would recommend.

Ordered online, the calculator tool was really useful. Quoted a delivery timescale of up to 10 days, delivered in 5 and in great condition.

Delivery on time and when I called to order more was done so simple very helpful great service and quality materials thank you once again 😊

Good price good floor. We ordered 5-7 day delivery and it came in 4 so pleased. Pallet delivery which could be difficult if you have no one to sort it for you though.

Although this was not a large order as it was to add/ match to existing oak flooring , the quality was equal to it and the quick delivery got the job sorted , so very pleased .

** AVOID **Horrific company, bought flooring from them for my full downstairs, have had 2 professional joiners one with over 20 years experience fitting flooring of all types and style’s, out to attempt to fit the flooring which is described as being quick and easy click flooring…when the first joiner was unable to get the flooring to stay together when fitting I contacted the company to let them know what was happening, I explained firstly that several of the pieces of flooring had come out of the packaging with small chips in them and that the flooring was not staying together and was not flush with each other on the planks that held slightly better. They then told me that they had to be hit with a mallet to click in and become flush and stay connected. I then provided a video of the flooring being hit down with a soft mallet, they then came back to say this was not the correct method of instalment and one of there technicians had opened a few boxes to test and it connected together fine, that they would send a video of how the flooring should be installed. No video was sent, I then had a joiner of over 20 years experience out and took a video of him attempting to fit the flooring. He got roughly 3 rows together but had the same problem, flooring parting at the seems and bouncing when trying to back fill. I sent the video on to them to be told again that the method this professional was using was incorrect as he had used an off cut of the flooring as the chapping device. They again said they would send a video which they have failed to do. And they are now not responding to my emails. I have asked for a refund and for the flooring to be collected. I am also out of pocket for 2 joiners time of the attempt's. When you look this company up on trust pilot there is a warning saying they have miss used trust pilot on their website and when you look at the actual reviews on trust pilot compared to what is on there website you can clearly see they have falsely stated they have a 4.9 star trust pilot review with almost 60 thousand reviews when in fact they have 775 actual reviews from customers and trust pilot are not showing the star rating due to the breach in the use.
I bought my flooring via Klarna so have stoped the next 2 payments and not only will I be posting a review here I will be contacting consumers advice to get the first payment back. I will also be posting this to social media in the hope that they don’t get much more custom. Complete con artist company. I don’t post many reviews but please * AVOID *

Very good quality flooring at an excellent price. They were helpful in explaining how it should all work and the final job looks great.

Terrible Company. I tried to order 34 boxes of herringbone, very accurately estimated for our job. Their system changed the 34 boxes to 30 without my knowledge. It was delivered on pallet and we proceeded to install. Stupidly we didn't check the number of boxes until a few were already down. But you don't expect their system to change our order without telling us. Reason it changed was because they only had 30 in stock. If we'd known then we would have ordered another flooring. Suffice to say we ran out! Then we were made to wait 3 months for remaining 4 boxes from their supplier. When it eventually arrived the manufacturer had changed their design and manufacturing process. The flooring was wider, longer and had different connector design, making it completely incompatible with the old flooring that was half finished in our hallway. Architrave and skirting was already partially installed on the existing herringbone, therefore we couldn't rip it up and start again without huge expense. Floors Direct solution was to cut and glue!..... brilliant Einstein! What a total ball ache that is. It completely cocked up the whole flow of the flooring and hampered our sale of the house. I do not recommend Floors Direct at all. Avoid at all costs. Cost us 4 months time and money! Terrible company

Ordering online was very easy. The quality of floor is great and delivery was spot on. I was kept informed promptly and the delivery was a breeze. I would definitely use floors direct again.

Nothing wrong with the flooring that I can see (not used yet). Driver however was extremely poor. Dropped packs off at the door and said he couldn’t help taking it into the house (my parents are elderly). He also refused to take the pallet away after the packs had been unloaded. Driver didn’t open packs to allow them to be checked that there was no damage.

Flooring turned up a day early with no notification. Thankfully someone was in the house to take the delivery.

Oak flooring seems tyo be good quality and look fantastic laid in my downstairs room in London. terraced house
