Ordering and receiving the flooring was easy and problem free, however the flooring is such a poor quality it is damaged beyond repair after 2 months of being laid. After sale service is absolutely non existent, phone calls and emails not answered and you cannot leave a review on their site "due to technical issues"

The delivery was quick, they came when they said they would, and although it was a kerbside delivery the driver helpfully loaded the goods directly onto the back of my pickup truck, making things a whole lot easier. The goods were well packed and in perfect condition

Flooring colour was different to website. I called to ask for exchange and was told I had to pay for return of flooring. Disappointing.

The ordering process online was easy to use. The delivery was great as the order arrived exactly as stated, in fact it arrived in less time than stated. Thd delivery driver was excellent texting his time of arrival and unloading the goods i to my garage. I can highly recommend Floors Direct for quality of both goods and service.

Quick delivery, I only needed 3 packs and they came from England to Scotland. They were so well packaged. Great flooring and a great company to deal with.

It was so simple and easy to order everything flooring and underlay
When I forgot the scocia beading I called next day and added to the order
I was informed by email on delivery updates and times
I was delighted with my delivery and the quality and service I received also the price was excellent

I had a really good experience with this company despite all the other reviews, which I didn’t look at before ordering samples I was to excited to find they stocked black laminate flooring and not just vinyl!! firstly ordered samples which took 4 days to be delivered I then ordered my flooring, which was in the time frame of the delivery given to me, I love my flooring, the only company I found that provided the perfect shade of black laminate, the only down fall was paying £45 for delivery🤣 would recommend.

Be careful, I ordered flooring in a specific colour and I received the item in the wrong colour.

Unfortunately, I couldn't return it because the delivery arrived 14 days after the initial purchase.

A friend recommended this company so looked at the website and ordered a couple of samples. A week later, nothing had arrived. Emailed and said they re dispatched it. Again, a week later nothing. We had to look elsewhere as we wasted 2 weeks and we are now close to our move in date. The worst part is that they charge £8 for delivery which can buy you the best tracked courier service but they instead use untracked RM.

Natural rustic laminate flooring is so disappointing. Every single plank is filled with brown or black filler. I know it is a natural product but this is f grade. It’s is a veneered product but you will not get a single attractive plank that looks like the photos or sample.

Very good flooring, has transformed my kitchen. Easy to fit, very good quality.
This is the second order from this company. I’m always pleased with the end result.
