Flooring looks amazing. Easy transaction and reasonably priced (the only negative was the delivery driver who dumped the flooring) so much so we have just received more samples for the next room.

Received an email to review.. which is hard as I don't have the flooring (no one knows where it was delivered or who signed for it) and the communication is as slow as a dead tortoise.

Apparently our flooring was delivered at 10:30 two days ago, the delivery driver must be a ghost as they (and the flooring) are invisible on our x7 CCTV cameras at the office.

This situation is more frustrating as the fitter is due to start un under one hour - which we've already paid £230 for.

Honestly stumped at this!

Exactly what I expected, was worried at first because of the bad reviews but most of those are to do with delivery. To be fair, it does say curbside delivery on a pallet so I expected nothing less than going out to break down the pallet myself. Floor is great and much cheaper than everywhere else.

The product quality is good but if you are old or someone with a back problem, please do not buy from them. They will deliver the product and dump them on a pavement far from the front door. You will have to carry it inside by yourself as the driver "is not allowed to touch it".

When they delivered flooring, driver unwilling to help and just dropped the pallet into the road and drove off, leaving us with the damaged pallet to try and dispose of. Very unprofessional. Whilst product is very good, the same cannot be said about the delivey driver/service.

I ordered laminate from them, I’m so happy with the quality and colour of the laminate. It got delivered really fast too considering it’s Christmas. They are happy to reply if you have any problems and I’d 100% recommend. It was also a really great deal. The laminate I wanted had been quoted to me at insane prices. Really happy, thankyou!

Very helpful on the phone but already 2 delivery dates missed so I have had to put the fitter off twice, is my floor going to come in the 3rd attempt? If it does will I be able to get my fitter back?

Good choice and simple way to order wood flooring online, some of the pieces were warped but had enough to complete the floor with an extra 10% as advised by seller
