Wanted to get a few samples to compare colour and quality. Found what we wanted at floors direct and the price looked good. The samples were posted out really quickly. Will more than likely purchase from them when we’re ready to go!!

I ordered some Timbertech underlay I received confirmation and a delivery date which they honoured

I ordered laminate flooring which arrived promptly. When laying the floor I was one box short. I ordered the extra box, called to say I needed delivery urgently and it was delivered in two days, as promised. Brilliant service, fair play

Cannot yet comment on the product as not yet fitted. My review is in regards to the delivery. I was given a window of 9.00 am - 6.00pm ! A whole day to allocate. I gave in and rang for an update at 4.30 pm. To be told I was the last drop of the day which is now upto 6.30. my delivery arrived at 6.00. a complete day sat about waiting. Luckily I didn't take a day of work. But what if I had? Surely they are able to give, at least, an AM or PM time scale by knowing where you are on the drop list. Also was told it was a kerb drop delivery! I live directly on the road side. He was going to drop a pallet outside my front door. A pallet containing just 6 boxes. Just what am I supposed to do with a pallet? Luckily my partner was home by this time and he said "No Way, off load them singularly (we did it) and take it back"
Had I been on my own, then he would have just dropped the whole thing outside my front door on the public pavement. They need to consider who they use for their deliveries and what service they actually provide for the customer on receipt.

Absolutely horrendous experience, i ordered the branded laminate flooring and they delivered non existing cheap brand laminate. They would not accept the responsibility and rectify the issue. They done this by purpose and fitter told me so many people had same experience. A word of captious for everyone to deal as what you order, don't mean same will be delivered. I am taking them further unless issue will be sorted.

Great experience from floors direct. I ordered 17 packs of 12mm laminate with underlay and beading.
The floor looks great.
It comes on a pallet which is good and the quality looks good with quality underlay.
The beading is delivered separately for some reason but was colour matched however at least 4 were broken or had tears in places so will have to cut down. Not sure how this happened as they came in a tube which was well packaged and had no signs of damage on the tube.
However these things happen but overall very pleased with floors direct and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants good quality laminate flooring at a reasonable price.

Super helpful and professional. I had new bedroom flooring laid in super quick time when I had been let down by builders doing other work at my house, which meant that I needed a new floor to be sourced, delivered and fitted in a just a few days. Which they did. I love my new floor

I bought twice from this company, and was happy with the quality of the wood. However the second time I received a box that was ripped in half with 50% of planks missing. Unfortunately the company were unable to offer a refund and blamed it on their shipping company, meaning overall my experience was negative with them.

100% recommend this place, Huge variety of flooring, I’d be surprised if anyone walks out with nothing, Excellent customer service by Rizwan very knowledgeable in his field, No pressure purchase, floor looks amazing

Although the web site was tricky to know what to order the phone order service was good and honest

Great service, the quality width and size were all spot on, unfortunately the colour was a little to dark as we are trying to match with an existing oak floor.

Sales team real helpful as I ordered the wrong floor online. They sorted it and delivery was faster that expected.
190 brushed and oiled click oak engineered floor looks awesome and looks so much better than engineered flooring from DIY stores that look like laminate floor.

We ordered several samples which arrived very quickly and allowed us to choose our new flooring. We ordered 60sqm of
Oak to cover throughout our downstairs and it was delivered within 3 days with no issues from a very helpful driver. We could not find it anywhere else even near the price this company offer! After completion, we discovered we have some unopened boxes to return which the sales team were very helpful with and ensured the process was explained and actioned quickly. I cannot fault any part of the service from the company and the quality of the flooring is fantastic. Would recommend and also will return for any further requirements.

Excellent quality engineered wood flooring, good value for money and arrived very promptly.

The product was amazing but I have some goods to return and the aftercare is awful I won’t buy from this company again

Never the same as the picture on the web. I've ordered quite a few samples from various suppliers and can't seem to find anything that Is as alluring as the web page suggests.

We were very unsure about which flooring we wanted and sent for samples. They arrived very quickly and were big enough to be able to give a good idea of how the colour/style would work. Great customer service.
